timely delivery, good quality. option to purchase as lower cost out of box

I bought this to add to my playbar and sub to use my existing ceiling speakers as rears in a 5.1 setting. Even spent way to long on the phone with tec support. got nowhere. Giving 3 stars because it does work great for streaming music from my phone using Google music.

My non sonos outdoor speakers work great with the Connect AMP

I'm sure this is a great product as all Sonos products are. My gripe is that I wanted this to drive surround speakers for a 5.1 system. It can do that BUT ONLY IF it is wired to the network or directly to the playbar. They need to fix that to be completely wireless.

Waiting for geek squad to come and setup my device.

Another amazingly simple Sonos product however does not have the power for larger speakers.

I can’t tell if it’s the fault of this product, my turntable or my setup but the sound output that this product projects to the SONOS speakers in my house is low volume.

The Sonos Connect Amp did stream from my windows network and spotify etcetera just fine. But the Amplifier is highly lacking in performance and features in my experience. A) it struggled to drive my (refurbished) Marantz HD440 speakers which used to sound glorious when connected to my old Kenwood amp. at full output the volume out of the speakers wasnt even close to what they can put out, and it sounded blah, flat. B) When it came time to adjust the tonality of the amplifier i found that all it had was a Bass slider and a Treble slider under the "Equalizer" settings interface. That aint gonna cut it! each speaker has a different response and will need some tweaking for optimal response. -- Sonos offers an app to adjust tone response for all its products which have speakers, and their justification for not having it in the connect Amp is "it doesnt have speakers". so Sonos is aware that amplifier/speaker combos need tonal adjustment, but not aware that users will be connecting speakers to their Connect Amp? So the flat response of the amplifier, seemingly punchless output and lack of equalizer made this product not fit the bill of being a high end amp. maybe if it were just a power amp fed with a pre-amp. definitely not worth the $ so the Connect Amp has been returned it and will be looking to get just a sonos connect, and an amplifier with multi band equalizer and look at other products.

My connect amp won't allow me to listen through my sonos play 1 pair in stereo, it makes me split them apart and only then will both play. It's pretty awful.

Love sonos products but something is wrong with this one I have 4 other sonos speakers and amps with no problem Not easy getting help from sonos

These are super expensive and have not worked si ce I bought the. They over heat.

Bought on recommendation of sales associate. Not sure if it is making a difference in quality of sound.

In my opinion this amp works great with sonos app but needs more power to handle good speakers

I purchased this as an xmas gift for my husband who enjoys building his own audio equipment. This does not allow the speakers as I thought it would. It is also not the most recent model so it is somewhat outdated right away.

I guess I should have done more research on this product before I purchased it. I thought it was needed to connect all of my Sonos products together when in fact the only purpose it serves is to connect wired speakers to it.
