I absolutely love this speaker. It doesn’t take up much space and is easily connected to my older-generation Sonos and Alexa devices. The sound quality is excellent enough to fill a single room.

I only recently got involved with a Sonos set up. I have the new version of the Sonos play and I had one of these to go with it and I wanted the second one. Now I have a total of three. The sound quality, considering the size of the speakers is really good. It has decent base response without muddling the mids in the highs. I use an iPhone, an iPad Pro, and my surface Pro 11 to connect to these and they work pretty much flawlessly. I did buy stands for the two of these that I have so that I could position them in better spots other than having them sit on a surface somewhere. I’m using the Apple Music app on the iOS devices and iTunes on my Windows surface Pro to play all my MP3 since I’ve got about 18,000 in my collection. I don’t stream my only play local files. And I’ve had no issues whatsoever. I like having them spread throughout my great room and my dining room room since I get a really good quality of sound no matter where I’m sitting with these located where I have them. For the price, they’re outstanding.

I have 2 pairs of the Era 100 SLs. One pair is sitting on my desk for listening to music, the others are set up as surround speakers in the family room. These little speakers sound great, particularly for their size, but I have reconnect them constantly via airplay from my Mac. It's a nuisance that I wish I didn't have to deal with. As surrounds they sound good creating good effects. They also sound terrific with music which doesn't have surround effects. I have them paired with the Beam2 and Sub mini and it does a terrific job for our purposes. Another plus is no need for speaker wires, the wireless connection is great.

Each of these kick out sound like a full car stereo. I have 4 across quite a large room and it truly fills the space. If I want I can have it loud enough to not hear myself think, or just soft enough to sound like the music is actually everywhere and present. I wish i could tune a room with more than just a stereo pair but that may come in the future. It was definitely a great buy for what I need.

This is a great speaker for streaming your favorite station! I especially like that it can be plugged into an outlet and does not need to be recharged all the time. It took a little bit of time to get the speaker to connect to the Sonos app on my iPad, but once it was connected it has been working very well ever since. I wouldn't say that I am an audiophile, but I do think that the sound quality is full and deep and captures the vocals and instruments very well. It has enough bass to compliment the mids & highs, in my opinion. I would recommend this speaker for anyone looking for above average sound quality that fills a room perfectly!

This is the best speaker for sound and setup. I bought two and they paired with just a touch of the button within the SONOS app. They just plug in a wall outlet and connect via WIFI, so simple!

I love my Sonos system that I've had for several years. I purchased 2 Era 100 SL speakers to add to my living room surround system. However, after trying unsuccessfully to add the pair to my system, I discovered that Sonos only allows 2 speakers at a time, and you cannot have all four speakers doing surround. I don't understand this but it is what it is. As far as the sound quality goes; it sounds louder and crisper than my original speakers. They are also much more attractive looking than my originals. But because my original speakers still work fine, I returned the Era 100s.

This is my first Sonos speaker and so far I'm impressed. It has now clear sound and noticeable bass. It will stream off wifi, not just bluetooth, so you can walk out of the room without the speaker losing signal. (And the packaging/unboxing was a first rate experience - if you're into that.)

Excellent sound quality for its size. Easy setup, reliable Bluetooth connection, and great value. Perfect for music, podcasts, and everyday use.

I was pleasantly with the sound. Great bass levels. The only issue was the Bluetooth pairing. It kind of 'sticks' to last paired device, making it a little frustrating to pair a new device.

Replaced two older Play One speakers with a pair of these for surrounds. It seemed to take me a little longer to set them up than I thought it ought to, but got it done after a few tries. Once up and running, they sound incredible. The two angled tweeters and bigger woofer make an amazing difference. I can hear everything from birds chirping to explosions around me. They also sound great listening to music through my TV.

Connected two of the ERA 100 SL speakers to my Arc Ultra as rear speakers and was amazed at the difference they made. Only regret is that I did not initially purchase them together with my Arc Ultra.

These speakers sounds amazing with a wide range of sound for both music and movies. The functionality for using it as a gateway to integrate my turntable into my Sonos ecosystem is also an amazing feature.

I wanted to have a home speaker system to play music throughout the house. This was super easy to set up, control, change the music playing in a single room or all the rooms, and the sound quality is great and room filling. (Although I have a rectangular living room and only one speaker on one side and a second speaker to balance it out). I tested having multiple speakers in one room and while not necessary, it did fill the room really well.

Very good quality. I'm satisfied with sound. I've placed it in my kitchen and added to my other 8 sonos speakers throughout my house. I even have a couple sonos speakers (Roam and Play 1) in my garage

Great addition to my Sonos sound bar. They sound full. Helps make sports come to life when watching games. They sound good listening to music and movies.

Its ultimate streo speaker for music lovers. I bought a set of Era SL soeakers and crisp clear sound bass are awsome.

Sonos makes wonderful speakers that sound great and easy to enjoy out of the box. The Ap needs a little help but hopefully this will get updated
