Alex our in-home technician did a wonderful job in explaining how to sync our new system together with the ark system we already had purchased from them.

Setup to support sound quality of sound bar used with 65 in Samsung TV and Roku 4. Mostly direct cable. Yried to avoid wi-fi use but 100s brought that into setup. Wevalso use Amazon Music via phone bluetooth and as Roku app. We could not hear any improvement in sound quality or balance. Setup instructions appeared easy yetvdid not seem to work. Lots of odd behavior. Sound going mute or on unexpectedly. Like when no one touched the controls and in the middle of a movie. Happened tepratedly even after restarts. Microlphone was off. Disfunctional minimal instructions. Returned speakers.
