    They have good sound but the app doesn’t always stay connected to the speakers threw wifi and its very annoying especially with how expensive they are you would think they would flawlessly.

    Well, not really sure but there’s blame for Best Buy’s and FedEx has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had buying anything online due to effective. It was forever in a limbo of not leaving a Kernersville location distribution spot and I finally had to call to find out, it was obviously stolen during delivery and I was not offered anyway to be replaced. Send me another one and I’m going to order out products but now I’m very Leary doing that

    Registered as 5.1 vs 7.1. Although it's 7.1 you get the full 7.1 experience. I don't know if it's a glitch but don't worry. Highly recommend.

    We purchased this smart speaker to supplement our Sonos sound bar, purchased earlier from Best Buy. The sound bar is terrific, however the Sonos-Era 100 did not perform as anticipated. The sound was 'crackly' and shallow.

    I thought they be louder some of the surround sound capabilities dont work i wasn't so amazed with it i should have gon with the boss. System instead i guess i can still swich out since i have the membership
