Ordered but no delivery

It was forever in a limbo of not leaving a Kernersville location distribution spot and I finally had to call to find out, it was obviously stolen during delivery and I was not offered anyway to be replaced. Send me another one and I’m going to order out products but now I’m very Leary doing that

Terrible Setup

Had to try 3 different networks before the device was able to get past the setup

Love set up do not like results

Best Buy installed for us and the used the Sonos app from my iPad to connect speaker and no volume adjustment can be made with the remote control we have to go to the app on my iPad to adjust the volume

System is glitchy. The bass gets very flat not punchy. The only thing big about this speaker is the the price! If you are in the sonos ecosphere and need a small bookshelf,save your money and buy an old SL1

No low or midrange

This did not meet those requirements. The sounds cannot be adjusted high enough to really make good left and right speakers.

Pretty sure the set up they have these sitting on make them sound better. Doenst travle as far as i would lime either. For the money i say no

It is not exciting on its own and I would not keep this as a stand alone product. To be fair, it is supposed to be utilized as surround speakers or possibly as a stereo pair.

I docked 2 stars for the place I purchased. I will no longer be purchasing products from Best Buy and I've been an elite+ member level for years. Beware of Version 80 App Update!

(May 30, 2024) The new app update that they call version 80 has removed quite a few features that were available prior to updating. Check out the Sonos forums and you'll find out that a lot of users are having problems and not happy. If you read the latest reviews of their Android and iPhone apps you will see they are mostly if not all being negative. The problem is that when you update to the latest app version you can't go back to the previous one at least on iOS. With Sonos you have to use this app the setup or add new speakers. So you will be stuck with a system that is not as good as they used to be capable of. I don't know who at Sonos approved this app to be released. It is obviously an unfinished beta version. It seems like they had to release it to meet a deadline and did not even consider that many users will be negatively affected.

Ended up getting a H&K Speaker for half the price thats susbtaionally better.

Buyer beware of this retailer

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Buyer beware, I was encouraged to purchase my 2k worth of equipment with the price match guarantee before the holidays and when they went on sale I wasn’t credited, so I called and because it was technically the 61st day that I called on they refused the credit I was promised. $150 and that was after opening the credit card as well.

I wanted to like it

The random dropping of songs streaming from either Apple Music or Tidal was my breaking point with the product and brand. I did reset after reset, deleted the app redownloaded the app, disconnected and connected wifi to no avail. Finally returned to avoind more headaches.

Dont buy!

I actually tried to return this item, but didnt realize best buy has such short return periods, really disapointing. Im trying to sell this speaker as it really is anoying in every sense to operate and setup It might sound nice, but the app sucks and it is not easy to operate

Sound cutting off

Worst Set Up Experience Ever!

In the end, it was just 5 hours of wasted time and total frustration. Years ago, we purchased a Sonos surround sound system for our basement TV. Set up was seamless and effortless, and the sound was fantastic! It was based on that experience that I asked for new Sonos speakers. Not sure what's happened to this company, but I'm sure it's not good. I will be boxing up my new Era 100 speakers and returning them to Best Buy. In the end, they turned out to be a totally awful Christmas gift!
