    We purchased this smart speaker to supplement our Sonos sound bar, purchased earlier from Best Buy. The sound bar is terrific, however the Sonos-Era 100 did not perform as anticipated. The sound was 'crackly' and shallow.

    Well, not really sure but there’s blame for Best Buy’s and FedEx has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had buying anything online due to effective. It was forever in a limbo of not leaving a Kernersville location distribution spot and I finally had to call to find out, it was obviously stolen during delivery and I was not offered anyway to be replaced. Send me another one and I’m going to order out products but now I’m very Leary doing that

    Awesome product but lacks bass. I have the beam, 2 ones , i will Probably add a subwoofer mini.

    I think I was more knowledgeable about the item I purchased then the Best Buy staff member, but I love the Sono Speaker overall. Connects great with all my other Sono speakers throughout my house.

    Once setup this is a great and versatile speaker. It was a bit difficult to setup, but with Bluetooth it can pair with TV, phone, iPad, and so much more.
