If you’re in the Sonos ecosystem or just want high-quality audio in a compact form, the Era 100 is totally worth it.

Score: SOUND QUALITY - Plus 5 Stars: Really good sound quality but at this price point it should be. The 100s are a bit underpowered though. APPLICATION - Minus 2 stars. This is extremely important since you dont get a physical remote. The app is known to be unreliable for several years but Sonos wont fix it. Issues with the app are: the UI is horrible. You have to go more than 3 levels deep just to change the EQ. The UI is not intuitive at all. The app constantly asks you to log in and back out several time to work. The app will start playing music out of the blue one or two times every other day for no reason. Very Anoying at 2:00am in the morning. The app is just plain terrible for even a low end product. Sonos needs to look at their competitors which have much better apps. SUPPORT: Minus 1 Star- Tech support is horrible. I got cut off over and over again on several occasions. The tech support is obviously offshored to save money.

sounds great -usability leaves a lot to be desired

You have to manually turn it on each time. Sounds is a 10, love the thump and crispness of the speaker. but the user friendly factor is a 4
