    Well, not really sure but there’s blame for Best Buy’s and FedEx has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had buying anything online due to effective. It was forever in a limbo of not leaving a Kernersville location distribution spot and I finally had to call to find out, it was obviously stolen during delivery and I was not offered anyway to be replaced. Send me another one and I’m going to order out products but now I’m very Leary doing that

    Seems to work fine on some types of shows, but not on the news although sense this is not the speaker's fault.

    Tried two different speakers. Did not work with our system. Geek Squad set it up x 2. Both had issues with getting and staying connected to our Wi-Fi. One did connect and had a good sound but a few days later was not working. Returned to Best Buy for a refund.

    Excellent product for the first couple years, however, I just moved addresses and trying to reconnect it to my new Wi-Fi. After doing all the troubleshooting and actually taking it back to Best Buy to fix, I have to say I am underwhelmed with pairing capability. Besides this, it’s an excellent Soundsystem.

    Almost Great, Missing Working with Stored Music

    Works great with Beam 2 and LG TV, but cannot get the system to play my digital CD collection either from my Android phone or computer. Have spent way to much time trying to get this to work.

    I have a Sonos system in the home. I wanted to add another ERA100. This one was a tough cookie as I could not add it to my current system no matter what I tried. Will return and try another as I am very happy with the system itself.

    They were okay just with lots of static, I don’t believe it’s the brand the ones I have may have just been bad, but overall we love Sonos

    The speaker itsefl worked, but the problem was I purchased 2 to use as surrounds and they kept stuttering, ensuring that they would not be useful for that purpose, so returned. Any advice to stop stuttering would be appreciated.

    Great speaker when it works, the setup process is terrible, completely unable to setup the device. Had to try 3 different networks before the device was able to get past the setup
