This thing is impressive. Great alternative to components. Easy to set up sound quality is great. Fills our large living room. Planning to add the sub to make it even better.

Love sonos. the sound and wireless connectivity is excellent. I use the wifi for playing music which is far better than blue tooth because of less file compression.

AFTER YEARS OF SEARCHING FOR A REPLACEMENT FOR MY BEATS BOOMBOX SPEAKER, THIS SPEAKER FEELS LIKE A SPIRITUAL SUCCESSOR. THE QUALTY IS AMAZING!!!!! ITS PRICEY BUT WORTH THE COSTS. THE ONLY CON IS THE LACK OF INSTRUCTIONS FOR FIGURING OUT HOW TO CONNECT/RESET/USE. BUT NOTHING 5 MIN OF GOOGLE CANT FIX.

Feeling it every time i want to hear sound quality

Added this to our sonos lineup this past holiday season. Sound is incredible, Easily the loudest speaker in our setup. Sounds beautiful hooked up to our record player too. highly recommend.

Great clear sound controlled by an app on your phone. Versatile, can be used with Pandora, ITunes, Spotify and other streaming services. Only downside is it is pricey and will only go as loud as your phone volume will allow.

Love it! Replaced a Harmon Kardon portable speaker that I was using primarily at home and the battery died. The sound on that was great but this is superb. The WiFi connection allows me to play the speaker from anywhere in my home and the equalizer in the app gives me some flexibility over the sound. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase. The fact that I could walk into Best Buy and pick it up the same day was a definite bonus.

Excellent sound, responsive bass, mids, and treble. Easy set up and play. Purchased this to use the line-in feature and use with other Sonos speakers we have.

Overall the sound quality is great, easy to use the mobile app to control. But have had problems connecting to my Amazon Alexa. I tried deleting accounts and re-trying with no success. So that's the one thing keeping me back from 56 stars.

Beautiful physical presentation, fits perfectly on a variety of speaker stands and tables, sound is amazing. Everything from heavy bass to light, voices, old music and new and has a variety of controls to change sound profiles. Works seamlessly with our turntable as well as the rest of our sonos speaker. Overall amaing purchase. If you didnt have any sonos speakers and were looking got a solid all around this would be a great option.

The sound is incredible, no matter how loud it is, there is zero distortion. Another homerun for Sonos. My only disappointment is that I was planning on pairing the Five with my Play Five, no can do. Just means I will probably buy another Five. This is my 8th Sonos speaker and counting. I have not found anything that works so well together as these speakers do. The app is easy to use, you can use your phone, tablet or as I do, Alexa to control music selection and volume. I am such a believer, I am buying stock in the company.

Speaker would have worked good but you could not get it to work with my tv, your sales people misrepresented it so I had to take it back

I have two of these plus a Sub and my studio space sounds like a small nightclub. Sometimes my friends drop by and I’ll play like two songs before we leave and do something else. Most days I listen to these alone. That says more about me than anything though, because these are GREAT. I had a pair of white Sonos Moves and while those were incredible as well, they don’t pair with Sonos Sub. Out with the old and in with the new..

I have several Sonos products and had heard good things about the Five. I’m really impressed with the sound and how deep the bass is.

For being a stand alone speaker, this little puppy has great audio. Connects easily and sounds killer.

This is a truly Hi Fidelity speaker at a budget price. Would definitely buy again and will to use a 2 channel. No sub needed.
