Great clean sounds and rich bass that I didn’t think could come from just a speaker alone.

Expensive but worth it. Such beautiful sound. Love that you can easily use 2 speakers as surround or individual speakers just by turning the orientation. We use as surround most of the time but then can easily take one outside and use without messing with the settings.

I bought this to replace a PLAY:3. At first I didn't enjoy this as much as I thought I would, but after hearing it at its full listening capacity I can definitely tell the difference in sound quality, especially with the highs. The bass isn't as "punchy" as the 3's but where it shines is its ability to amplify the richness of the basslines and make it sound fuller rather than harder.

I bought these for my husband based on recommendations from the Best Buy Consultant and my co-worker who also has Sonos equipment. The Fives are larger than we wanted but the sound was superior over the Ones. Love the wireless feature and overall sound quality.

This has incredible sound. Better sound than our current wired home sound system. Because the sound quality is better, my husband can hear the music better, with the sound lower! Benefit to the rest of us! These are even more amazing when paired as a stereo pair.

The sound quality is superb! Would it kill Sonos to add a Bluetooth option? I am just in one of those places without internet, though it is coming soon. I ran a $12 Bluetooth receiver to the line in but I still have to turn the speaker off and on again to get it to play. Unfortunately that means throwing a breaker off and on bc the plug is behind the refrigerator... otherwise the only thing better than one of these speakers is 2.

Love the pair of Sonos 5s that I purchased. Originally looked at Sonos One but found these were better all around to connect to my Sonos system and also use it to connect to my MacBook Pro and the newest Apple TV.

I have been looking for something to hook up my CD player to and work with the other Sonos speakers I own. This is awesome! The sound is great and very easy to hook up to CD player and/or record player. I loved it so much, I purchased one as a gift for my son.

This is my second one and I love it. Currently have one in my office and one in my den but may eventually set up in one room connected to turntable.

Bought for our screened back porch so we could hear our tv audio outside. Works great for music when we are hanging on the porch. Great sound from this speaker. Bought the aftermarket mount on Amazon really cheap and it holds the speaker well

My wife and I purchased this unit for our open concept living room. We wanted something to play music without turning on the TV sound system. The Five delivers clear sound throughout the room without being overpowered.

The sound is pretty good, but not sure it's worth the price. Not happy with their app, either.

Great product, great sound, great versatility and overall great product..!

Amazed by the sound quality deep bass clarity of voices quick connectivity, I was able to pair it with my SONOS MOVE, through AirPlay and also the app, I was afraid I couldn’t pair them both , but I was able to, overall it’s an amazing speaker to own.

The Sonos Five does a very good job of producing clear sound at whatever volume you choose. Please make sure you install the app and go through the options. I use it with my pc but it's not plug and play. You need to actually set up the product. You'll love it.

Great addition to my Sonos setup. Speaker sounds amazing and I have yet to find a better solution for whole home audio. Its nice to be able to just unplug and move in the event I change the layout of any rooms in my home.

5Stars for the 5! Paired both 5’s with the Arc, Sub, and 2 SL One’s in living room I only use all at once during music. Sound is great. Would like to add another sub. This is addictive!

Connection gives issues sometimes but the sound quality is amazing. Expensive

Bought two for stereo setup. Reliable and sounds great. Also added a Sub mini. This allows me to connect to my turntable using the 3.5 mm jack. Sound great and looks great.
