Great speaker, missing AC cord

I have several of these Sonos five and absolutely love them. Great sound. The reason I gave it a three star was the fact that this was an open box, excellent condition, item. When I received it, the cord was missing.I notified Best Buy by email and I received no response at all. I had to spend the extra money to get the cord directly from Sonos. Not happy with the customer service at this time.
