It’s not very obvious when connecting your phone and playing music through Spotify/Pandora. However, when you watch a video/show through your phone or TV while playing the sound on the speaker, that’s when you notice that the sound is delayed

Finally I was able to get someone at Sonos to help me do a Factory Reset. It's working fine now.

Everyone is talking about how great the speaker is right off the bat. Yes, it is a great speaker in the beginning. I got just over a year of use before mine tanked on me (just past the warranty go figure). Wish I could say I abused it or spilled water on it.. spend $500 and get a good speaker for a year. If that’s worth it to you then have at it. I have a $200 dewalt speaker that’s fallen off roofs and still going 5 years later. Sonos lost a customer for good.
