The Five is the solution for listening to records wirelessly throughout the home. Super happy with this purchase.

I bought a Samsung 3.2 soundbar with subwoofer and 2 rear speakers and it didnt sound near as good. I set it up wrong and had trutech cime out to straighten both sound systems out and they agreed sonos 5 didnt sound as good. I returned it with a small scuff and they would not accept. I sent back agqin via mail and hope as a trutech member and will apend lots more money if they are fair and accept sonos speaker and refund. Other wise i dont think ill deal with them again. The manager was extremly rude with me. But i do hope they work with me as i enjoy shopping in bestbuy overall.

Sounds is awesome, the only mistakes is not Bluetooth capable

The sound quality is great, when they work. These are literally the worst electronic devices I’ve ever purchased. I outfitted my house with Sonos, spending quite a bit based on the sound and reputation for quality. I learned they were having issues with their app and I as patient while they figured it out. Nearly a year later, using these speakers is a daily struggle. I’m tempted to drop them off at Goodwill, but I’d hate to burden the buyer with the headache.

The sound on this speaker is fantastic. The big drawback? It has no microphone and you can't give it voice commands. If you want to use a smart speaker with Alexa then chose Sonos One.

Love my first and saving up for the other one. I refuse to submit to a mono music lifestyle!
