We have Sonos speakers throughout our house including the sound bar and sub. My husband kept looking at the move when it first came out and I finally just bought it for him. He uses it every day. We have it hooked up with our speakers in the house and we take it outside when we grill or sit outside. My husband takes it in the bathroom while he showers. It’s even better quality than the regular speakers so if you’re on the fence just buy this speaker.

First I think Sonos has one of the best sound systems out there for the average sound person that doesn’t want to spend high end money on high end sound equipment. So the Move speaker provides excellent quality of sound and battery life. I use it all the time during gardening and working in the yard. It’s easy to turn the volume Up or down without losing sound quality. I usually work in the yard 3-4 hours and the battery doesn’t wear out. Great product!

Been waiting for Sonos to make a product for outdoors for years! Love the Move. Same Sonos quality we love... sound is fantastic like all of our other Sonos speakers. Love that you can swap between WiFi and Bluetooth. Have used the WiFi at home around the fire pit and been thrilled. Have also travelled with it and used Bluetooth instead. Noticed we haven’t quite gotten the full 10 hours on a charge... more like 9 but great product overall!

Bought the Sonos Move for my spouse as a Christmas gift and it doesn't disappoint. The music is crisp and the base is loud. We played it at our Christmas and New Year's parties in a 1500 sqft area and everyone was able to hear the music clearly. The only real issue we had was the mobile app was a bit challenging to work with and sometimes didn't pull all of our stations in Pandora, Google Play, and Spotify... But voice commands found the music without any problem.

This speaker is a bit bigger and heavier for a Bluetooth speaker, but well worth it. The sound is amazing!

The Sonos Move is an excellent speaker that you can add to your home Sonos system via Wi-Fi or operate in Bluetooth mode to play songs directly to from your iPhone. The sound is great and the fact that it is mobile so you can take it anywhere (like the beach) is awesome. The only ding I give the Move is that Sonos does not allow you to set them up as surround sound speakers. I opened a complaint ticket to Sonos about that!!

This is the first Sonos product I have personally purchased, and it’s great. Pricey of course, but great sound and performance. The only issue I’ve had is the Sonos app losing the connection to it a few times for no particular reason, but it’s been fairly easy to fix. Overall, I love it.

Love love love my move, sound is great inside and out, fills the entire pool area, my only regret is I didn’t snag another at a discount when they were transitioning to the move 2 which is also a great speaker,

I'm very happy with this unit. It's my 7th Sonos device, and my first Move. It's perfect for our place where we go up to the rooftop patio and need a good sounding speaker up there. We took it on a 2 week RV trip as well and it provided much better sound than the Bluetooth in the camper. You just have to keep it charged. Good purchase. And if you have issues, Sonos has very sharp tech support people who pick up the phone!

You could find a cheaper portable speaker, but it'd be hard to find one as versatile, easy to set up/use, and great sounding as this one. I'm no audio expert, but it sounds way better than most of the portable speakers I researched prior to buying this Sonos. It comes with a soft travel pouch, but if you plan to travel with it, I recommended picking up one of the many custom fit hard cases available for it.

This speaker has a deep rich quality I'm impressed with on it's own but it is truly impressive when combined with another Sonos speaker. I also love that if I want to use the Airplay option it plays anything straight from my phone and the sound also comes out of my older Sonos speaker that does not have that option. I'm also enjoying being able to take the speaker onto the patio which is why I chose this over the Sonos One.

Surprisingly great bass for such a small speaker. Easy to set up. Battery truely lasts as advertised.

I bought this for my mom. Sonos is sometimes not the easiest to set up, but the customer service is fantastic and help get you up and running very quickly. I didn't have to call this time, but in the past I did and the help was great. The sound is fabulous. It is a bit heavy to be toting around but if you are going to use it on the patio, or outside for a while then wow...you won't be disappointed.

I bought the speaker because I heard that it was better than Bose acoustics. I do agree. They are very good speakers, but the setup is somewhat difficult especially for me and I'm a nerd. It takes quite a bit of patience to understand exactly what you need to do to get these speakers to talk to each other by themselves. They're great but I bought four speakers. Two moves and to Rome speakers. I wanted to be able to take them anywhere and connect them and have a party but as soon as you leave your Wi-Fi that's all over. I thought it was short-sided of them to limit them with Wi-Fi. Bluetooth has come a long way but maybe that's why they sound so good because of the Wi-Fi. Maybe Bluetooth not there yet. At least and sonos's eyes. I would give these speakers five stars only because they are a great sounding speakers. Very heavy, which means they're solidly built. In my opinion, the heavier the speaker the better. They are. The only reason I take off a star is the difficulty of the app and the setup process. The move and the rooms were easier to set up than error 300s lol and the ark sound bar along with the subwoofer. I really dislike the setup process in those devices together, but by themselves they're great which most people will only buy one because they're so expensive but they're worth it if you do. Appreciate good sounding music and Don't mind spending the money. As far as assistant capabilities Alexa, Google or even the Sonos one which is not really an assistant. It's just the I don't know what it is. It's creepy to me. But he doesn't really do anything helpful as an assistant. Not once has he got my request right so they need a lot of work there. The Alexa assistant is got to be far best assistant in my opinion as far as capability and customization of these speakers.

I have several Sonos speakers throughout my home and love the surround sound. It made sense to move the music outside. I used to take a speaker and bring it outside with me but that meant I had to plug it in. This speaker is amazing. It is lightweight and once charged, it lasts all day. I am extremely pleased with the quality and sound and I highly recommend this speaker. I actually bought two!

Wow this speaker really sounds fantatsic and the built in handle and base charger makes it super easy to move around the yard. Previously had a play 5 but that was way too large heavy and required power. SOOOOO glad we got the Move!
