Having the Alexa/Google Assistant built-in is great! Sound quality is great/better when compared to the old Sonos V1 and Bose Mini. Great battery life, and the handle makes it easy to carry. The charging base makes it easy to put it back on charge and not worry about cables. It is a bit large, but that's what gives its better sound quality.

Already have a complete Sonos system and wish all the speakers worked like the Move. Love having the bluetooth option, perfect for camping and no wifi. We bring it with us every trip we go on. Sounds great and easy to use. Very important! Bluetooth will not work until you are able to set up your speaker on the Sonos app through a wifi connection. After the initial setup, it is easy to use!

Very nice sounding portable speaker. I have a Bose soundlink revolve (not the plus) which sounds good but not as great as the Sonos. The Sonos has a rich clear sound even at high volumes with very good base which the Bose is known for. The Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functionality work great and I have had no issues pairing or streaming with it. A bit pricey but I would definitely recommend it.

This speaker is a needed addition to the Sonos line. It has the ability to go anywhere with you. You just pair it with your Sonos app on your phone and then you can use the Bluetooth connection outside your home network. The beach, park, party, friends house, anywhere. Sound quality is great and volume and bass are awesome. I bought this to go with my Beam, Ones, Connect, and Play 1s. Very happy!

I absolutely love this speaker. The sound is incredible. It's solid and durable. I got mud on it and sprayed it off with a pressure washer, no problems. Being able to switch Wi-Fi and Bluetooth makes for some flexibility when streaming. Having a charging base to keep it fully charged and ready to go is super convenient.

The power of this speaker is really amazing. I love the fact that music doesn’t stop when you want to take it outside. Another feature that I wasn’t aware of is that it has Bluetooth capabilities. Unlike other Sonos speakers, you don’t need to be connected to you WiFi to use it. Take it on vacation and connect it straight to your phone! It works great! Really love this speaker!

I have been waiting years for Sonos to make a portable speaker and this is worth the wait. This speaker is sturdy, sounds clean with a nice balance of highs and low, amazingly wide soundstage and has never disconnected from my wifi anywhere in my house. The fact that you can "Move" this speaker anywhere makes this well worth the price of 2 Sonos Ones. The only reason I haven't bought Sonos products in the past is because of it's immobilty. I will be saving up to buy another to pair in stereo. The only negative I've heard or seen is that you can't pair 2 speakers in bluetooth to create a stereo field. Otherwise, the speaker is perfect. Great job Sonos!!

Love the portability of this speaker. Great for small or large room. Not as great for large open spaces outside but small areas out are great. Amazing battery life, great looks.

I love these Sonos speakers! The sound quality is beautiful! I started by purchasing their outdoor speakers and had those installed. I loved them so much that I added three of the Moves for the houses. The app is easy to use so setup was less than 5 minutes. My only con is that they are larger than I expected but after a while, I got used to it.

Very good vocals, base was also impressive. Classical seemed a bit cinematic sounding compared to the Bose home speaker (Bose has clarity but doesn’t sound as expansive). I ended up choosing Sonos move since it just sounded more immersive compared to the Bose. Design is also better than Bose since it had touch controls and a sleek charging cradle.

One of my favorite possessions and among the best gifts ever for myself and my family. Sound is incredible and it’s versatility (Wifi, Bluetooth, Airplay) lets anyone use and enjoy it. I can easily pick it up and move it from my living area to my back porch outside and the music continues seamlessly. I also sit on the back porch and listen to my podcasts. Highly recommended!

While admittedly expensive, I was blown away by the sound of this little speaker. We use outside by the pool and fire pit and love that this replaces installing a bunch of fixed speakers. Considering a second one for surround as the ability to avoid speaker cables and being anchored to the electric likely outweighs the cost. The form factor is a bit big, but not bad at all. Highly recommend.

Powerful enough to fill an outdoor space, while staying perfectly synced with your indoor Sonos system. The MOVE takes the functionality of the Sonos ONE and adds an internal rechargeable battery, to make it completely portable. It also adds bluetooth capabilities, so people can stream music over the MOVE without being logged into your Sonos ecosystem.

I'm really critical of the stuff I buy - if the manufacture says a product will do something, it should do it, full stop. That said, I don't write a lot of reviews, and when I do, they're rarely 5 out of 5. In this case, the Sonos Move deserves the rating. I wanted a great sounding battery operated smart speaker that works with Google Assistant, specifically supporting YouTube Music. I initially bought the Bose Portable Smart Speaker because it seemed to check all those boxes and it's generally less expensive, but when I got it home, I found it doesn't natively support YouTube Music (or many other services, for that matter), and the dock is sold separately, so I returned it and bought the Sonos Move. Some initial setup issues with the Sonos app aside, the Move has been solid: -The sound is great, remaining clear when turned up, with good bass reproduction and clear highs/mids. -Battery life is not an issue - it's able to outlast a full night around the fire pit. -WiFi reception is good - it finds and stays connected to my home network from the backyard without issue. -The charging ring/dock works well. Not needing to fumble around with a cable in between sessions is great, but having the option to charge via USB C in a pinch is convenient. -Sonos supports every service I use. I was pleasantly surprised that Pocket Casts made the cut. -Google Assistant works as expected.

I love this speaker! It has all the features I wanted - wifi, Alexa-enabled, portable, and great sound (inside or outside). So great to have this to listen to music in our backyard! Really like that it doesn't just have Bluetooth, so that I can stream music on my home wifi. And, the charging ring is included (that's an extra purchase for one of the competitors).

Really in mpressed with the sound quality of this speaker and really like the mobility factor love the ability to use the speaker when i enjoy outside activities also the flexibility to use either Bluetooth or wi-fi function .

Sound quality is excellent and rich. Sonos app is easy to use. I still wish they didn’t drop windows/Mac support for setup purposes. Battery life has been excellent and having Bluetooth is great for on the road. Downside has been I have not found a compatible usb c charger for this that’s not overly expensive. Having to take the charging dock around isn’t that bad but kind of annoying.

Bought this to add to my sonos system i have with my home. Its a great addition to my set up. Pairing was quite easy through the sonos app if you already have it. Creating groups so I can play music or watch tv is very convenient. Honestly, I didnt think it would be that great for movies/tv but does add a robust sound to the mix. I mainly use it for music though, but I haven’t tried the sound outside when i mow the lawn. It is a tad heavy to carry but plenty sturdy to keep from being knocked over. The charging dock is a simple setup. Its just a ring that it sits onto. I use my app to check the battery levels. It’s a great speaker. I wanted something that would intergrate with my sonos system and this fits the bill for a mobile speaker. Definite must have

Sonos speaker it’s a good option, very flexible if you want to use at home, or outside in a park or if you are in a boat fishing, sound quality and fidelity are great and the design it’s awesome, 100% recommended!

I use mine outside by our pool. It fills our outside space with sound. It can get loud enough to hear when the kids swimming and having fun and still sounds good at a lower volume. It is expensive for a portable speaker but it is well built, the battery has lasted all afternoon each time we sued it with no problem and it sounds much better than $100 to $200 speakers I have owned.
