Price is steep but if already have Sonos speakers makes sense to have option of good sound outside great for controlling outdoor lighting connected to Alexa also

The Move is lacking in several areas including microphones not better than an Echo's microphone, Amazon music has limited functions when compared to an Echo (unless you suscribe to unlimited), commercials on Amazon Music (a 50$ Echo has no commercials) no remote meaning one must get up to switch from wifi to bluetooth, having to use the Sonos app on my phone to play Amazon music and wondering why there isn't functioning Alexa voice commands for this, etc. At the $400 price point a buyer should have all this and more, but this is simply an overpriced bluetooth speaker. At $400 an item advertising that it has Alexa should fully integrate with Alexa. In fact, it should have features the less expensive Alexa models do not boast. I buy Cadillac because I expect it to have more luxurious features than a Chevrolet. Paying for luxury should mean receiving luxury. It's that simple. I will be returning the Sonos Move and setting up my Echo once again. I gave the Move 2 stars instead of 1 because of the sound quality being superior

Posted .Sorry for your troubles with your Sonos Move! We do support Amazon Alexa on the Sonos Move and across other Sonos products. You have to add Amazon Alexa as a voice service in your Sonos app and link it to your Amazon account. You do this by going into your Settings, tapping Services, and adding a voice service. Once you follow the prompts from there your Move will work as an Alexa enabled speaker allowing you to control your music with your voice, the Sonos app, or the Alexa app. However, there are features that are only available with Alexa on Amazon first party devices. We are constantly improving our experience with Alexa and add features to that integration regularly. Additionally, we support a large amount of streaming services, both free and paid, to give Sonos users as much choice as possible in where they get their music.
