Our Sonos sound system is perfect. We needed a system and it was recommened and seamlessly installed by the Total Tech team. The team ensured we knew how to use it before they left. Unbeatable service.

Nice size speaker with overall good quality sound. I purchased this speaker as a test with intent to add second for outdoor sound coverage with reported ability to link together. Initially functioned as advertised. However, the speaker system/Alexa interface is unstable, required relinking Alexa several times and ultimately unusable by day 20. Alexa itself was functioning fine with all other functions, but would take request to play music from linked Apple Music, acknowledge, then silence. No music. This was preceded by “device offline” comments from Alexa. Reinstalled apps and hard reboot to Sonos followed by 30 minute conversation with Sonos tech support....failure. Good quality sound, just not a reliable smart speaker. Touchless voice control little too valuable around pool, so will attempt to return despite 15 day moratorium by Best Buy (currently day 20). I recommend purchase directly from Sonos to avoid this issue, they’ll support their product. Too expensive to lack reliable modern technology. It’s too bad, may be Sonos’ Achilles heel based on web search. Definitely will consider Bose option.

great sound and works great with apple airplay easy integration with all my other speakers. glad they added google to the system

Great overall since I got it with a deal. Solid bass but could be more balanced. Good enough for a outdoor party kind of thing.

Sound quality is great and works directly with Google very well. Currently not supporting Apple Music (this is why i gave it 4 stars). Also a little a bit tricky to set up with streaming services. Works very well as a portable unit, a little bit pricey.

When you move, so does the “Move”. Great sound too.

The speaker gets a 5 star. Best Buy employee gets a -1. Total rude to me when I asked him to price match Amazon. Really!! I’m a total tech member and he gives me attitude! Long story short. I still bought the speaker with out the price match knowing I’ll never shop at Best Buy again and I needed it for a project that night. I’m done with Best Buy.

Lifelong Sonos Customer who has a whole home setup that includes play1’s in both bathrooms and play5’s in all 3 bedrooms and 5:1 Home Theater setup. My son recently moved out and I bought him the move to start his Sonos collection. Disappointed to discover that the move can’t work as a stand alone but instead has to be attached to your already established Sonos system. Rated 4 not 5 due to this.

Very good sound. It is an expensive speaker, but far better than basic Bluetooth speakers. Link via WiFi with other Sonos speakers.

Really enjoying my Sonos Move. This device packs big sound but is relatively portable. Connect seamlessly in my Sonos ecosystem. Highly recommended.
