Took a chance as I have purchased an "open box" item sight unseen. Works better than expected and fits in nicely with the other Sonos' that we own. Thank you, Best Buy!

Added to my existing system, I’m using sonos 1 system I’ve got older components. Works like a charm. It was a little tricky getting Alexa set up but once done works like a charm. Sound is great like Sonos should be. Haven’t really used the portability much. Got it to go in steamy shower room outside roughness and moisture resistant.

I ordered online and received a box that had clearly been open at the shipping store. The store covered up that fact with shipping tape but that peeled right off to reveal the manufacturer's seal had been cut and the manual was not in the normal top of box location. Speaker seems to perform well and is better than my old Bose Bluetooth but paid for new and didn't receive the item that way so I lowered my value rating according. Additionally, I called to report the issue at 8:00 PM CT and received a message that that the call center was closed but online chat was open until 11:00. Online was also closed of course which didn't help with the customer experience. I'll try again tomorrow but be careful if you order online. Come on Best Buy, you are better than this!! #mediocrebuy.

I really like this item and I am considering buying another. The speaker was very easy to set up and pair with my existing Sonos system. It charges very quickly. The only negative that I have seen so far is that the charge does not seem to last as long as what I have seen posted by other reviewers.

Sonos-Move Smart is the best product on the market to have in your home. We move it from room to room and outside when we want to listen to music.

This is my 4th Sonos Move....not because they keep breaking but because the sound and functionality is so good I wanted 4 to fill my house with great sound. I am a long time conventional LP/CD stereo guy with components and floor speakers. The Sonos Move and the Sonos app have brought me into the digital age.

Great sound, and I really love how portable it is!

I am a long time SONOS supporter, the Move was a great addition to take on the porch, vacation, etc.. Sometimes I experience an issue with bluetooth connection - careful which button is pushed on the back. Overall very pleased, I wish it was a little louder for the beach.

For a portable speaker it has great sound and good base

Great sounding and very versatile speaker. This speaker is great for carrying outside to our patio and fire pit. Stays connected to the Sonos app and, like all Sonos speakers, has high quality sound. No complaints or issues. Also has bluetooth capability when out of WiFi range.

Was a gift for my 23 year old grandson who loves music. He and his fiance' love, love it!

Sonos Move is an excellent choice for both indoor and outdoor needs. We are using it both in our bathroom as well as on our deck (in pair mode)

Pretty sweet addition to the Sonos arsenal. Was a bit challenging to get the speaker added to my current network. Was on the phone with tech support for nearly an hour.

So good I bought 2 more for the "kids" . Can't say how both of them like it ,but has come back with an "awesome" review , and he is the IT specialist

Purchased the Move and absolutely loved the sound. Unfortunately I had to return it because there appears to be a software glitch with how the battery drains. I charged it to a full 100% and 3 hours later while powered off, the battery had drained to 63%. In addition, the low battery red flashing light indicator randomly comes on even though the battery was at 80%. Apparently this is a known issue without a resolution. At a $400 price point, those are unacceptable flaws.

Sound is great - connectivity is strange and it wont blue tooth connect to my woreless record player

Very easy pairing to our indoor Sonos speakers. We purchased two portable speakers for an elegant outdoor dinner for 32 guests. The sound quality was amazing, and the two speakers performed perfectly. We have now moved the speakers into two separate offices to extend music in our home.
