As far as I can tell it would not take a charge. After a week and Plugged into the charger station it said it “could not be found.” So I tried to pair all over again still could not locate the device. Returned to store. They said they were on back order. With no time frame for replenishment. I asked them to Return and get me another one. Two weeks later still out of stock. White version is now in stock. Going to opt for the white version. In regards to sound quality I think it sounds good, but not great like other reviews. Also charging ring base is more of a gimmick than a functional necessity. Could have easily just put plug/power directly to the device. When you take the speaker somewhere else there is this circular ring sitting on your counter or table. Being able to relocate the device and Bluetooth were the primary reasons for wanting it originally and why I am getting an exchange. Best Buy return process was a good experience. Best Buy gets an “A.” Sonus gets an “incomplete”.

Posted .Thanks for the feedback about your Sonos Move! The front LED on the Move will light up when it is placed on the charging cradle to let you know it is seated correctly and is charging your Move. If the device has power and is not showing up on your system make sure that the LED light on the top of the Move is white as that indicates the Move is in WiFi mode. If that light is blue, then it is in Bluetooth mode and will not be recognized by the Sonos app as part of your Sonos system that is on WiFi. If the light is white on the top and you still can not find your Move in the app go into the settings (Gear icon in the bottom right corner), tap System, and then tap Find Missing Product.
