I spent hours on the phone with support. My speakers weren’t connecting with each other (4 speakers). Finally the guy said he'd have to escalate the problem to someone else. They never got back to me! Now when I call back, no doubt I'll have to go through the same steps all over again. I have 2 speakers that don't work at all, & 2 that I can only use with Bluetooth.

Excellent sound quality for its size; easy to use;

The only issue with this speaker is it turns on by itself and when i want to use it the battery is dead.

Wow! Great sound but bad company policies ruins it or me. I need a smart speaker that can be a part of a speaker group so i can listen outside AND inside at the same time. But Sonos has decided to block this feature. While researching this, i found a TON of complaints about Sonos dripping support for their previous products. So expensive, grat performance can be had IF you buy onlu Sonos AND repl aw ce them every few years! Bye, Bye Sonos! Returned today!

Excellent sound system, speaker design and mobility

Difficulty with remaining connected to music thru Alexa. Disappointed with the quality of sound. I was expecting a noticeable improvement over the sound quality of the Echo. Just not worth the investment.

Works well, easy to link to WiFi, simple install just make sure the small plastic mounting piece in the packaging.

Sound quality is not as good as expected. I intended to use with the google assistant but have given up. I can get it to work with the google assistant for one day and then it stops responding to "ok google". I have gone through the setup three times to get it to work and all three times it only works for a day.

Sonos Move refuses to reconnect to my network. Had it connected for 2 days (was working fine), but now cannot get it to connect again. I select the SSID and enter the password and it tells me that I should "enter the correct password". I already did. Meanwhile friend is over and I supply password for his iPad to connect to my network. No problem. He immediately connects. I've tried restarting router. I've tried reloading SONOS app to my iPhone. I've tried restarting phone. I've tried powering SONOS device off and on. I've tried changing router settings including disabling IPV6. Does the Bose portable speaker connect any easier? I'll continue trying and update if I find a solution or I may need to return the device.

Good sound, love being able to move it around the house. It sometimes disconnects to wifi.

Very nice speaker, great sound. The only bad thing is that the battery will go dead even when fully shut down. Needs to be sitting on the chargers at all times.

Great sound great system. Unfortunately the setting up is not friendly and the app has some bugs to work out.

Great speakers wish they would bluetooth to more then one speaker at a time when not on wifi.

I really wish I could give this 5 stars! The sound quality is great, but getting it to connect and maintaining the connection to wi-fi as well as Bluetooth is darned near impossible! First off, the set up took forever to find the device. Then every time I go to use it I have to fight to get it to reconnect again. Hope they find a fix for this soon!!

I have three Sonos Ones, a Sonos Roam, and one Move. They all work great except for the Move, which will not stay connected to wifi. I can only use it as a Bluetooth speaker, as it cuts out constantly on wifi. I have mived it all around, and I typically use it within 12 ft. of my router. Sad performance from a $400 speaker.

Very good loudness, decent not excellent bass. Battery life is excellent. Sonos app mkaes use very easy.
