The bluetooth functionality is mostly a lie. While it supports bluetooth, it has to connect to a wifi network first; not just any wifi network, YOUR wifi network. When it decides it needs to resync to wifi, you can’t use the bluetooth functionality until you reconnect it to YOUR wifi network, then switch it to bluetooth. So, basically, if you’re on the road a lot and can’t be home all the time to connect to your wifi network, the speaker is absolutely worthless. That’s why, even though I love the sound quality, I have to rate this a 1 star, because I can’t use it most of the time so there’s no sound to be heard. Manually switching it to Bluetooth makes no difference. When it decided it wants to reconnect, you HAVE to do it on your wifi network first.

Posted .This seems to be the same review for the Roam you left. So we'll quote ourselves again here "We are very sorry you don't love your Move. You are correct. The Move does have to be synced to your wifi (Sonos system) first to do updates, after that you should be able to listen on bluetooth whenever you'd like. No "need" to be back on wifi. We would love to help make sure there's not problem with your Move. If you go to sonos.com/support you can reach out whichever way you prefer.
Charging mechanism flawed

After looking it up to troubleshoot this issue it looks like a common problem. Brought back to Best Buy and they told me to contact sonos. Do not purchase.
