    Sonos speaker would not hold a charge. When I went to exchange it there were no more in the store. I have other Sonos products and love them.

    This thing is very user unfriendly. It has quit recharging now. It's going back to the store and we expect a refund. Poor choice.

    Love my ARC, Sub and Ones, but DO NOT bother with this product. First the connection issues. No other Sonos products on my network exhibit any issues, only the Move. It will disconnect and not reconnect at times. Other times it becomes completely unresponsive and has to be left for several hours to completely discharge before it MIGHT decide to respond. It has been a brick for a week or more at a time then magically it works again. Then there's the audio quality. It's claimed to be equal to the One but it isn't. No where near. Oh and when it works the claimed battery life? 2 - 3 hours max. So if you are considering buying a Sonos Move, my advise is to move on to another product.

    Cannot Hold a Charge

    Bought for the wife and only used a few times because this speaker does not hold a charge. I used to think highly of Sonos but not anymore. Stay away from this speaker. It’s overpriced and not holding a charge is a major defect.

    I’ll cut to the chase: this is by far the most superior portable speaker I have in my arsenal. I have used a variety of portable speakers in recent years and to see how far the technology has come is truly impressive. Sonos has been a brand of speaker that I have wanted to incorporate into my home but just haven’t taken the leap yet. Here I am, two weeks into owning this sound stage in a box and I am beyond happy to have finally experienced what Sonos has to offer. The speaker comes thoughtfully packaged with minimal clutter, everything is packed neatly for easy removal. After that it is just a simple task of downloading the Sonos app on your phone and creating an account if you do not already have one (seems to be standard practice nowadays). After this I linked my Apple music account and Amazon account to get me going with Alexa, no complications in this process. All in all, a seamless process that I don’t believe anyone will have an issue with. Ok so the sound… It’s hard to convey in a written review but I’ll do my best: Umm – Wow! Crisp sound with deep bass without customizing any EQ settings out of the box, I just let the TruePlay technology take me for a spin and it certainly did. I listen to a wide variety of music from old school rock to classical and I enjoyed every note the same as I have on my surround system, without having to be in my living room! I have placed the Sonos Move in every room of my house, on bookshelves, on top of dressers even just in the corner of the room on the floor and TruePlay just adjusts and gives me the best audio experience I can ask for. Ok I’ve rambled enough: What I like 1. TruePlay adjusts EQ settings automagically to the speaker environment. Gives you the best audio possible. 2. Solid, sturdy build quality. At the same time I almost don’t want to rough this speaker up on the beach or at a camp site. Would like to see maybe a silicone wrap to prevent scuffing etc. Just a personal preference. 3. The Sonos App is a solid, straightforward app. Allows you to control all your Sonos gear and utilize wifi for communication – so if you are at home and have the speaker by the pool or in the yard you don’t have to worry about the music dropping if you walk outside of the 30 foot Bluetooth range. Of course, this is dependent on your home wifi coverage. 4. Convenient charging base and optional USB-C charging option 5. Alexa/Google assistant enabled for voice capability – I don’t use Google but I might someday. Not a big deal but… 1. If you play music through the Sonos app you can’t quickly adjust volume using you phone’s volume buttons. Minor inconvenience really. 2. My experience with battery life is on the lower side of 10 hours, however, Sonos clearly explains that usage and other factors will affect their estimate. A full charge has given me about 6-7 hours of play. 3. Maybe toss in a USB-C cable for charging for added convenience. Overall, I can’t believe I waited this long to experience Sonos, I realize this is a portable speaker but if they put this much engineering into a small, transportable package, I think it might be worth investigating the rest of their product line! Highly recommended!!

    Has Google Assistant but does not pair with any other Google speaker. What's the point.

      Unfortunately, we are unable to sync music with Google Speakers even if your Sonos speakers are utilizing the Google Assistant voice assistant. However, the Sonos system can be controlled by any of your Google speakers through Google Assistant. For example, if you have a Google Mini in your kitchen you could ask it to start up music on your Sonos Beam (with Google Assistant enabled) in the living room. All of our products have a "works with" Google Assistant integration. john.milton

    Works fine when it works, but keeps not working. It shows connected to my iPhone with current software updates on both. Worked with support and Google search solutions. Fixed problem by buying a Bose Smart Speaker. Tossed the Sonos.
