I have owned many portable speakers, this is the best the sounding, 1000 per cent better that any other brand. And you can add other speakers perfect.

I have a bunch of Alexa speakers and wanted a portable one for outside that worked with the them so music played on all at once. BB rep said this would - best I can tell it will not. Sounds quality is great, But can get similar for less $$. Fyi have a Bose same issue.

I got this speaker a year ago and it hasnt failed me! I use it everywhere beach, pool, backyard lounging, even in the house with my sound system. Sound quality is probably the best I have ever had on a portable speaker. Auto trueplay is out of this world! Looking into getting another for a stereo pair for backyard gatherings!

Read all of the positive 5 star reviews and take most to the bank. This speaker is built extremely well. It is hefty, which I like, looks great, in my opinion, and sounds absolutely fabulous. Having 5 Sonos speakers I am no stranger to the brand. I have pretty much had great success with them up until the Move. I have problems with WiFi connectivity and visibility within the Sonos app itself. Although you can output to any speaker I mostly use AirPlay with Apple Music. The Move frequently just disappears from the Sonos app making it unavailable anywhere. It will happen right on its charging base 6 feet from my router or anywhere else inside or outside my house, but always well within my WiFi network. I have a Linksys Velop Mesh WiFi Router network with close to 50 devices on my network that all work trouble-free. The Sonos tech support folks first told me I need to call Linksys and ask them how I need to configure my Velop router to handle the Move. My astonished reply to that was Linksys would have no idea how to answer that question about the Sonos Move product and that Sonos would need to tell me what was required and then I could pass that along to Linksys. Upon further review the Sonos folks told me that they didn't know what special configuration of the Velop system would be required, so as we left it I passed along my problem to them, they said they had no answer, and they said it may or may not get resolved in a future software update. They did acknowledge that they were aware of a problem with mesh wifi routers, but they had no real problem definition statements or resolutions at this time. As much as I like this product, when it works right before dropping out, I would have held off a bit if I had known about this problem with my mesh wifi router.

I purchased this speaker to take with me on vacations. The sound is great and it does not have any issues with connections. This is very frustrating to have this happen in the first week of a multi-month trip, leaving me to buy another speaker to use and then incur additional charges at the airport for luggage. The problem seems that once this speaker drains all the way down to 0%, there is no way to charge it up without the dock. Now, I know what you are going to say: "Not enough watts/amps on your cable/charger bro", "Faulty USB-C cable". But no, neither. I work from remote locations for months at a time and bring 3-100w USB-C cables with me as well as 2 - 100w and a 90w GaN power charger. I tried them all. None worked. I took the same cable that charged my 16' Macbook Pro and left it plugged in all night multiple times. This speaker just blinks red for a couple of seconds then stays solid red... then NOTHING. Upon returning home this time, I set the speaker on it's charging dock and a couple minutes later, it came back to life. I then verified that the most recent firmware is installed. After that, I unplug it from the dock and using the same USB-C cables and power brick as before, I see that it is charging fine in the app. It seems that this issue ONLY occurs if you let the battery drain down to 0%. I have 3 Sonos speakers, 3 Bose speakers (all portable), and 5 Apple Home Pods in total. It's a hard one because I really like the sound vs portability of this Sonos speaker but I can not recommend this brand at all as they are the only ones that have given me problems on multiple occasions.

I purchased thinking i could use google assistant to play apple music …. Sadly the google assistant on sonos and apple music do not play well together :( i can ise the features in the app. But that defeats the purpose for me . If im going to use the app with my phone i can just go Bluetooth and not spend the wxtra for a wifi enwbled device … sound quality is nice :) but i can get the feature i want with the quality at a lower price point.
