The price is tough to swallow but I have zero regrets after hearing the sound quality especially at lower volumes. It's so clear and rich. I have a Sonos 5.0 system and listening to music is an immersive experience with everything playing together. I love the portability but it's not something you'd throw in the beach bag or similar. Get a fully waterproof compact unit for that. Absolutely love this speaker. It rocks.

Great sound, easy to install, no wires can connect wifi or bluetooth

Amazing sound and no wires making it easy to move outside - exactly what I was looking for. We are in CA and outside year round, but didn’t want to wire speakers outside - the move was a great solution. Sonos app is easy to use and I love being able to control music between my arc, beam, and move. Bought all three together as my first Sonos purchase. Will be adding more to our system. Great products.

Sonos knocked this one out of the park with an excellent sounding speaker in a slightly larger package. It is expensive, but it fits seamlessly in my Sonos home ecosystem and is a welcome addition that can travel from room to room or to an outside space too. Really an all in one package (minus the price and the slightly less weatherproofing) that I would totally recommend.

It sits on its charging base out the way until I want to use it. Then when needed, I pick it up with one hand and carry my drink, coffee mug, book, or newspaper out to the porch or patio with the other hand. Great sound and very convenient! Have only had the volume up to about 1/3 so far, didn't want to disturb the neighbors. Most people will like the clarity of sound from this quality speaker. This is the 7th Sonos speaker I've purchased.

This speaker has great sound long life easy to use and great Bass with more can you need

Fantastic addition. Have it grouped with my playbar surround for some additional back support because we have a large open concept house. Also great to just grab and take up to do laundry or out to the garage or to bring to work. The $100 off over Black Friday was helpful. Having it AirPlay compatible helps with the mobility and being able to use it without having to go into the sonos app

Love that it’s portable. The Sound quality is good, charge lasts a long time.

Great as a stand-alone beach or pool speaker, but also great when combined with an at-home Sonos system. If you're on the fence, maybe hold off, as Sonos filed a Move 2 with the FTC recently. There could be an updated Move on the Horizon.

Outstanding sound and richness in tone. Exceeded my expectations for an outdoor portable, rechargeable speaker. Sonos and their customer support team is also the best. Had a technical question and they answered the phone ( tough to find companies doing that promptly, if at all these days) and answered my question professionally and perfectly. 5 stars all the way around!

We love this speaker! We use it in our backyard to augment a Sonos Soundbar and four in ceiling speakers in the covered lanai. The Move speakers are great because we can move around for different uses. We can use them for rear speakers when watching a movie or we can simply put them in other areas to spread the music around more.

Like all Sonos, it sounds great and looks terrific. Sound is excellent. I move it around a lot -- outside, garage, etc. Battery lasts a few hours at most, although it's dependent on how loud you play it. If they put a bigger battery, it would weigh more so I think they struck a good balance. Easy to set-up and works great with other Sonos speakers. I highly recommend the entire Sonos line-up.

Very pleased with this product, the sound quality is excellent and it gets quite loud without sacrificing clarity. Most frequently we use this with Airplay in conjunction with our soundbar, and it more that satisfies our needs.

After hearing the Move in the BestBuy store and compared it to other products, the difference was clear. The wifi connection was very straightforward. The sounds is amazing and the Sonos app is very user friendly. The battery life is very good to have a full day of music and still have 25% battery life. I was also very impressed with the quality and design of the packaging the Sonos products come in.

Love, love Sonos speakers. This speaker is part of the reason why. Great sound with easy portability. My only complaint is that Sonos needs to add an ez on/off function to their app for the Move. I have Move hanging on a hall wall. When I want to airplay to the speaker, I have to pull the speaker off the wall and push the on button. A simple software update can fix that issue b

Absolutely hooked on the Sonos system this speaker in particular I like the best for its portability and sound quality

It will do the job if you want a top quality speaker to compliment your stereo system. Even though it has a 5 hr battery life, I think it is too heavy to be lugging around to the park or beach etc. But good for taking out on the patio. I have other Sonos components so its a great addition.... if you don't mind the price.

I have a lot of sonos product in my house. I love their stuff, but the MOVE is a great speaker that connects via wifi with the regular sonos system, or bluetooth directly to your phone. This last feature is great so you can take this speaker anywhere and play it without the need for wifi. Charging is easy as it charges wirelessly in a cradle. I highly recommend this speaker.

Way more powerful than either the Sonos one or the play three this speaks while heavy is a heavy co tender for some amazing sound. While you may not take it on a bike trip with you this speaker is easily portable and provides one of the best balanced sound profiles on the Sonos family. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. A definite recommend to anyone who loves the Sonos family of products.
