Customers are saying

Customers commend the Move Smart Portable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Speaker's superb sound quality, particularly its amazing bass and impressive volume. Its portability and long battery life are also frequently praised, making it a convenient and versatile option. However, some customers find the speaker's weight and size to be drawbacks, and a few mention that the price point may be relatively high. The speaker's ease of setup is also a positive aspect noted by some users.

Our home is filled with Sonos speakers, but we really did not have that 'get up and go' option like the Move gives us. We now sit out back and watch the sunset on the Gulf while having wine and relaxing with the great sounds from the Move! Great robust design and so practical to carry about. Excellent engineering work, Sonos!!

Im already a fan of Sonos with my home surrouns system. Beam/sub/and 2 ones for rear. I also have a Play 3 which still works great. I tried the roam too small imo and the play 5 too big and not portable. The Move hits the sweet spot. I can take this just about anywhere and keep it in my basement for music. It fills the entire basement with awesome sound and looks great. Ive also had it out in my yard and to a few parties. It automatically adjusts itself every tkme to provide the best sound. I plan on taking it to the beach and pool this summer for tunes. Ibb be love the built in smart features while on my home wifi and the blutooth connection while outside. I got the white one to keep it cool outdoors in the summer.

Phenomenal speaker. Nothing like a Play One Gen 2. Think more of this like a bookshelf speaker (that's portable). I now have 2 connected in stereo pair and it has a wonderful soundstage. These really scream. Highs are high lows are decent. The woofer is much bigger and thicker than a Play One. You can sync 2 in stereo on WiFi ONLY. If you have an Android you can listen to both in dual Bluetooth. If you have an iPhone then I'm sorry but you're out of luck for playing both on the go (bluetooth). You can't use them as rears, you can't sync them to a sub )): (that would be incredible! Cough cough Sonos). I will say this... after owning every single Sonos product offered, these Move speakers are hands down one of my favorite Sonos products they offer. Very detailed music. However, if you're comparing them to a real bookshelf speaker like my B&W 705 powered by my Sonos Amp they're in completely different leagues. But we're comparing $4k to $800. $800 for a pair of these is WELL WORTH IT. Get them you won't be disappointed. Enjoy!

Had a bbq in the backyard and needed some tunes. Purchased the move and the fun never stopped. Battery life is great but more importantly the sound is amazing no distortion when you crank it. Even though it’s on the pricey side it’s still a great speaker. I love that it’s Bluetooth as well as WiFi connectable.

Great sound, easy setup, long- lasting battery. My son takes it out to friends sometime. That would be the only complaint. I love to use it to balance out the sound between the dining room and kitchen. It does exactly that. I actually bought it for my wife, but we all use it. Highly recommended.

We bought this for our deck and it is absolutely amazing. It holds a charge and paired easily with our existing Sonos system. The sound quality is excellent and can be used as Bluetooth or WiFi. We love it. I think it blows my Bose Home 300 out of the water because it’s more versatile and doesn’t require power to use.

Sounds amazing, and the Bluetooth makes it handy for others to use it without needing to use the Sonos app. Also the fact that you can take it anywhere with our using WiFi is a plus. Setting up with my other Sonos was simple and making sure that it was perfectly fitted for my room was simple as well.

Sonos speakers have a great sound quality and this one is super flexible because it is battery powered and you can charge it and take it where you want to go. No wires (not even a power cord). it will connect to your wifi or if you don't have wifi, you can use it via bluetooth. Awesome little number.

We retired our BoseLink and opted to get this. The old BoseLink was too weak for our large backyard when we had movie nights. The Sonos move is amazing. I love that it can be controlled by Alexa. I LOVE that it has a long battery life AND how loud it can go. It made movie nights so much fun!

Got one for each of my boys and they all setup on Christmas and love them. One cannot wait to take to college as they are portable, waterproof and bluetooth compatible with Alexa/Google built in. Was easy to setup. The sound is just as good as the other sonos speakers that we love.

I have quite a few Sonos products. This speaker fits on the charger well, charges quickly, lasts quite a long time, and works great on wifi or bluetooth. It works well in moisture environments. The only downside I see is that it is rather large, and that Sonos claims it is sturdy however it got bumped off a stool and fell about 6 inches and bent at the top where the grill meets the top piece. So it is not quite as sturdy as they claim. However it still works just fine.

I'm glad sonos finally came out with a portable speaker. Still sounds great and is easy to move around to add another speaker where I need it. It is big a bulky so not the best speaker to travel with if you were flying. But for moving around the house, park or beach it is great!

This was a really good addition to the other Sonos speakers I have set up in my apartment. No complaints from a sound perspective, it gets loud and has great bass response. I have two complaints about it - it takes about 2-3 tries of connecting and reconnecting for airplay to function. The music will start to play then pause and get scrambled a couple times before it finally works. Also the battery life is terrible - I haven’t been able to get more than an hour of usage off charger playing music at a medium/low volume via WiFi

I originally wanted the sonos one, but it was out of stock. I bought the sonos move. I like the mobility with it but wasnt sure the extra 200.00 over the price of rhe sonos one is justified. Overall nice speaker, and the ability to take it anywhere. The four star rating is only because of th pricetag, other than that a five star speaker. If you dont need the mobility go with the sonos one and save the extra money.

Great sound, great battery life, easy setup. I compared Bose and Sonos speakers in my home. While the sound is great from both, the Sonos app is considerably better. Easier and more intuitive to use, with more listening options. Very easy to connect to your streaming music subscriptions.

slightly pricey but you get a whole lot more than an ordinary bluetooth speaker. Already had some sonos one speakers and wanted something for out on the deck while grilling and around the bonfire. Great full sound without needed the volume cranked. Easy setup and integration.
