Added another Sonos speaker to our home system. Love all of the Sonos products from the initial surround sound set up to additional rooms to Move and 2 Roams. Always looking for open box products.

I already have an echo dot so I didn't need alexa in this speaker. Sound is good I like it better than bose but now I have to have the sub and one more speaker

If you want to use this as a google home speaker, LOOK FURTHER. This is horrible as a google home speaker. It can't do most of the important commands a normal google home can do. I bought it for the bedroom so that it could replace my google nest/home mini, but still act as the google speaker, just sound better when we play music. To my surprise, it couldn't do a lot of the same functional day to day things we used the google speaker for. It also has such a horrible delay when responding to commands we'd often think it didn't hear us and had to constantly repeat ourselves only to realize it was still 'thinking'. I'm guessing this is because sonos has to send the voice data to their servers first, thenn send to google. The delay is unacceptable. We'd also get the response 'sorry but this speaker can't do that right now' well it's been out for a while if it can';t do it yet, who knows when it can. Ended up returning for a google home max. It definitely sounds better than the other google nest speakers, but not good enough to put up with all the downsides. We returned it!

Great sound out of small package. Love my Sonos system.

Once the system is set up, the sound is really good, but I had a lot of trouble to set the system up. Needed to change my router and internet access point.

Love the speaker. Set up was much easier than my Bose.
