    I bought this 1 month back for my kitchen. I had to spend 2 days trying to make it work as airplay connection kept on dropping. Called customer service 2 times and they setup webex with me and updated router settings. Its working fine after that. But issue is, I never had that problem with my Bose sound touch system. It doesn't support bluetooth so without WIFI, its of no use. Sound quality is great.

    I've owned Sonos speakers for many years. This Sonos - One (Gen 2) is my latest purchase. I have it in the kitchen which allows me to stream whatever audio I want. It also allows me to use the Google Home voice controls which I've set up... which is handy when I'm working in the kitchen and don't have a free hand.

    It’s an amazing speaker, but keeping it connected is a nightmare. If you have an extender you will have problems. Alex is kinda sluggish too.
