    Unit delivers very good sound. The Amazon Alexa add on is nice but doesn't seem to work as well as the Echo.

    I really enjoy the system when it works. However, the connectivity in these products leaves a lot to be desired. Also, both the Android app and desktop software are not great, particularly when it comes to managing Spotify and YouTube libraries. I'm nine speakers in, so I'll likely buy Sonos again. Hopefully, over time some of my issues are resolved. No material issues with the sound quality though.
