Great sound; we love it! We have the Sonos system in our basement and wanted something for our kitchen that sounded good but didn’t take up space.

We bought the Sonos smart speaker to go with our Sonos unit in our new home. They pair wonderfully and the sound quality is very good. Initially we had some issues with the voice control but once we figured out our mistake we love the feature.

I love this speaker! I ended up buying 4 more to put all around my house. Great, crisp sound. Amazon Alexa works well but does not have the full functionality of an Amazon speaker. (e.g. can't use it for drop-in or phone calls)

what can i say. let’s start with the con = expensive. other than that everything is to love with sonos. great sound, ease of setup. i have also bought the playbase and playbar to make a surround 5.1. pair with apple tv4k and dolby digital picture and sound is superb.

We have been collecting Sonos speakers to expand our surround sound setup. I gave two of these to my husband for Christmas. The speakers are great but was disappointed when he unwrapped one of them to find it had been used and wasn’t even the right version of the speaker in the box. Had to go back to the store to exchange. Best Buy needs to check over their items a lot closer.

I love my Sonos speakers! But the app / connection to Alexa SUCKS. Half the time I ask Alexa to play music, the sound comes out of about the half the speakers that Best Buy installed for me. I have to go onto my phone, access the Sonos app, and struggle to get it to activate all my speakers. Ummm… NO. C'mon, Sonos. I don't want Billy Joel playing in my den when I want Gorillaz playing throughout the house.

I love this small but powerful speaker!! The sound quality is amazing! We used this outside on our back patio while hanging with friends and we all agreed that the sound was quite nice even in the open area we were sitting in.

Great speaker. Very clear and clean sounds! I’m older and use hearing aids, so sounds are not great anymore! I took them out and just listened and it was fabulous, I could hear the music like I haven’t in years!!! Wonderful!!!!

Huge Sonos fans! We have these speakers at a rental house and had to get one for our permanent residence. Everyone is always so impressed with the sound quality.

These are some of the most amazing speakers i have ever owned. They pack such amazing sound quality for the size. Also the interface of the app is amazing. My entire house is set up with sonos now.

We gave one of these to both sets of grandparents for Xmas gifts and the reviews from them have been great. Great way for them to have Alexa, and listen to music, news, etc. For even the least tech savvy folks out there, this is a great gift.

Amazing and clear sound quality. I found that my existing speakers have a boomy quality to the bass. I have a 1st Gen Sonos One and stereo paired it with this one and the sound is great without treble, mid or bass being overbearing! I highly recommend this!

I added the Sonos One pair of speakers to my Sonos beam, It maid a world of difference when it comes to the sound output and especially when you use it as a surround sound. The integration of the Sonos One was easy on the Sonos app and all my music streaming apps picked up the Sonos speakers. I want to add the subwoofer now to complete my system. The only con I can think of is that they do not have a trade-in system. I would like to keep upgrading as Sonos comes out with new products.

Sonos is tough to beat. Sound is clear with no distortion. And the Sonos ecosystem is flexible and expandable.

Picked this up to finish my 5.1 Sonos build. Huge step up in clarity compared to my previous rear Samsung speakers. Luckily picked it up on a sales price.

Great product for listening and having a digital assistant around the house

The speakers do their job and you can verbally request music to play. We use them mostly as surround sound for watching TV. Our biggest complaint is that if you have things like plugs or bulbs in the room to control them you cannot use these speakers! I have to go out to the kitchen to operate the lights! We took the echo dot out of the room because it was annoying listening to the two of them one knowing commands and the other not depending on what you are doing. Wish we got the basic speakers!! But when I finally figured this out it was too late!! ☹ hopefully we can help someone else with this horrible experience. Oh, and use sonos tech support to get things setup. They're very helpful. We have an "old" 52" sharp aquos tv, cable, and DVD and we had to purchase an optical splitter for stitching between TV/ROKU stick, cable, and DVD. Pain. Sound is amazing with music and a movie that contains surround, but generally nothing comes out of the back speakers. I would recommend to someone who wanted them for music. Or at least stay away from sonos one and get the non-Alexa model. You can play the music from your app either way.

Great sound, easy to set up, integrates with my music.

Good sound, easy to move to location desired for music. Does conflict with Google Mini or Amazon Echo in the same room since both devices answer when you make a request. Works great with music already loaded on a laptop.
