Difficult Alexa set up

Works at times and other times it doesn’t. It’s literally one setting, on or off. I’ve tried multiple times on both settings, have left it for a week on each and it happens on either one. Works and doesn’t work, pretty weird but not a huge deal. Would get 5 stars without that issue. Not a big deal but honestly, it has been frustrating for me personally at times. Could not bother the next person one bit. Great product overall though.

Best home speaker ever!!!

It is very easy to set up and use. It always works and sounds amazing. Like nothing can match this for the price!
