I had to spend 2 days trying to make it work as airplay connection kept on dropping. Called customer service 2 times and they setup webex with me and updated router settings. Its working fine after that. But issue is, I never had that problem with my Bose sound touch system. It doesn't support bluetooth so without WIFI, its of no use. Sound quality is great.

Voice assist disabled in surround sound

However, if you do, the voice assistant is disabled. It took me a long time to figure this out, and I'm angry because I don't want to yell across the room to turn on my music, and I would have saved money by buying one without the disabled feature.
