New to Sonos

Chewed up cord

Only to open it and find out that the cord was chewed up and bare wires were showing. I was able to get a new cord from after I brought it into the store. It was an inconvenience on my side and this should not have happened in the first place the cord should’ve been replaced when it was returned. If someone didn’t look at the cord right away they could’ve caused a fire in their house
