Got the Sonos Arc when I replaced my tv (new tv speakers quite a bit inferior to old tv). After being satisfied with Arc, added a pair of Sonos One surround sound speakers and a Sonos Sub. I was most hesitant on buying the Sonos One speakers as my previous experience with satellite speakers wasn't a good one (Bose). Very happy with performance and setup was a breeze - even a non-tech person like me could do it easily on my own.

These speakers sound amazing, but they aren’t even a little bit convenient. They were difficult to set up and I’m usually really good with this stuff. The voice assistant feature is absolutely useless - not only is it glitchy, but you can’t have it near any other Echo device unless you want to remember different wake words for different devices. Google wouldn’t connect at all. Airplay works, but then your music is interrupted by anything else that makes any sound on your phone. The Sonos app works well, but then you have to fumble through your phone to the app any time you want to change music or volume. I’ve never paid this much for anything so irritating and dysfunctional. If my husband hasn’t trashed the boxes, I would definitely be returning these. Ugh.

My wife got me a pair of Sonos One's for my office. It was very difficult getting these hooked up and the Alexa app was also very finicky. After spending almost two hours with several resets, I finally got them sync'd with Alexa and my wifi network. I will say the sound quality is excellent when they worked. I used these as a replacement for a pair of Echo 3rd gen speakers. With numerous resets and pairing issues I decided to return them after 1 week. Plugged my Echo's back up and they run perfectly. Sacrificing a little sound quality is worth having no issues with connections.

Superior speakers they work great with the Sonos Beam ( I do not even need a Subwoofer)

Inhave owned Sonos leodicts for almost a decade. Im not sire why, but their products abd service has gone downhill. I still ise rhe S1 Control app, due to the age of my products. This is one reason to AVOID Sonos. Why woukd they uofrade the app to S2 and make the older speakers not compatible?? Also, the S1 does crazy things. The volume randomly goes up while listening. Sometimes it just pauses music for no reason. My other huge complaint is their website lists how to downgrade a product from S2 to S1, but you cant. Its impossible and they know it, as one of their customer support techs told me you cant. I bought an open box speaker, because they were sold out, and it had S2 software. No way to downgrade, so the speaker is worthless. My suggestion is to stay away. This used to be a great product but no longer is.

Sound quality great. Having issues connecting iPhones to it unless using the Sonos app which is an inconvenience. Otherwise a great product.

Love these speakers. Takes up very little space but has great sound!
