Sonos Has Gone Downhill

Im not sire why, but their products abd service has gone downhill. I still ise rhe S1 Control app, due to the age of my products. This is one reason to AVOID Sonos. Why woukd they uofrade the app to S2 and make the older speakers not compatible?? Also, the S1 does crazy things. The volume randomly goes up while listening. Sometimes it just pauses music for no reason. My other huge complaint is their website lists how to downgrade a product from S2 to S1, but you cant. Its impossible and they know it, as one of their customer support techs told me you cant. I bought an open box speaker, because they were sold out, and it had S2 software. No way to downgrade, so the speaker is worthless. My suggestion is to stay away. This used to be a great product but no longer is.
