The sounds was disappointing as I tuned it to the max volume to test it out. I think a portable speaker that I bought off of Amazon for $25 had more bass than this thing! It was cool that you can connect it to your Alexa, but not worth the extra cash. Unfortunately, I had to return it....Bad news is I didn't know Best Buy doesn't give you your rewards back if you use them to purchase something. Lesson learned.

I had the Geek squad install to to be certain it was right. It does not function as promised or the Geek Squad didn’t install it correctly. I need to have them come back or exchange it. The sound is nice but I have to run back and forth turning it up and down. Which defeats the whole purpose of my buying all this crap that was supposed to be voice activated.

Alexa should work properly on your Sonos as we support most of Amazon Alexa's features.

App and linking is not user friendly . Most importantly when it doesn’t work and you go to return the merchandise, Best Buy will not allow you to return the merchandise instead they gave me the phone number for Sonos warranty line. Bought several of these to link together throughout the house , did not work. Don’t waste your time or money.

The sound quality that comes out of these things are quite amazing . Paired perfectly with my Sonos arc w/ Dolby atmos and Gen 3 subwoofer.

I like that you can add google assistant...only issue I have is it doesnt allow you to play music to both my sonos speakers and my google minis at the same time
