BUT the set up is ridiculously difficult (no Apple support, so your iTunes is useless) and the Sonos customer support was awful. A real shame.

Posted .Thanks for the feedback! If you have music on your iTunes account and it is linked to your phone or Apple Music you can use Airplay 2 to stream that content to the Sonos One.

But I've had so many connection and dropping issues that it's not worth it. It is probably more my internet's fault than the speaker, but if this had bluetooth or even a headphone jack it would be a win. If you have solid wifi you'll most likely enjoy it, but it wasn't the right product for me.
