Not clean voice extension to rear of the room... So called voice control does little to help and you need a cell phone every time you turn on the TV with wi fi, --- and adjust, --- or have it wired direct... I will never go this path again...

They stopped working 3 weeks ago. A song would play then it stops and cannot connect. Sonos claims they can't do anything since they were purchased at Best Buy. Worthless! Our internet is perfectly fine as every other product works. Never will I purchase this brand again.

Posted .Thanks for the feedback. That is strange behavior. Try to factory reset the Sonos One by unplugged it, holding in the connect button on the back, plugging it in while still holding that button, hold the button for ~10 seconds until the top LED flashes Amber, and when the LED starts flashing white again go through the set up process as a new speaker. If that doesn't work you can contact our support team in several ways that are all listed at sonos.com/support!

Posted .Hi, and thank you for taking the time to review the Sonos One. We're sorry the Best Buy employee gave you the wrong information. That is correct, if you'd like to use our products for TV, you'll need a Beam, Arc, or Amp.

The music plays crystal clear at low volumes but anything after 50% and it distorts horribly . It works well with Amazon Alexa but without it will not connect with the app . I can not recommend this product .
