    These speakers seem susceptible to fluctuations in utility power. As has happened twice now with two separate speakers. Not very pleased with durability.

    Sound is good but I bought it to connect to my sons arc for surround sound and it would not connect or stay connected

    Too difficult to set up. Even with the latest iPhone, I couldn’t get the speaker set up. Was so frustrated, I returned it.

    Could not hook up to the Sonos Arc that I had. Just too many bugs. Not worth the time or effort. Dissatisfied

    I heard wonder comments from the in-store staff representatives. It did not work as expected. In fact I had to return it. I also is not "wireless" It has a cord that needs to be plugged in to wall. It also needs an app, so if you do not have a smart phone, good luck. Otherwise, it SAYS it will work with a smartphone app. I never got to hear it.

    Generally great experience with Sonos. And usually with Best Buy. But this was tragically bad. No doubt they aspire to better.

    Bought this in October. Has completely died on me. I’ve tried to troubleshoot 1000 different ways.

    It does not play xm radio through Google assistant. You have to go through the Sonos app.

      Thanks for the feedback about your experience with Google Assistant and XM radio. While you do currently have to start music from Sirium XM with your Sonos app, you can use transport controls with your voice such as next track, previous track, volume up and volume down.     Does it sound great? Who knows! No instructions, 4 buttons, two of which are identical (?), none of which are a power, bluetooth or pairing button . . . Even after spending 20 minutes downloading the app and connecting, then reconnecting because the stars weren't aligned the first time. . . it won't play music. Even if I could get it to make sounds, it's just an inch too big to be carried in one hand, very heavy and slippery, and has no handle, so it's not a good fit for portable music for me. Sonos is trying to be Apple by having no instructions or labels, but when you don't pair that with actual intuitive design, you just make people want to heave your products through the nearest window. Back it goes.

Unfortunately to make a phone call, it would require amazon/Google to share your contact data, which can be a breach of privacy as they promise to keep it secure.
