And when you pair two fo them together for surround sound.....oooohhhhwweeeee. Started with two, ended up with eight by the next weekend, along with getting two of them weather proofed so I could install them outside (check out https://www.h2oblock.com/). A MUST HAVE FOR ANY MUSIC LOVER!!!!!!

Volume controls wouldn't work, the majority of time the app couldn't find the speakers, limits the number of songs it will play and usually plays the same songs from a playlist, and it won't allow your to play music directly from your music service's app. I will never buy another Sonos product. This app release was spring of 2024 and Sonos still hasn't made it right.

It won't control, TV, smart plugs, lights, etc. It will only control music services. Once I found this out it was past Best Buy's return window and Sonos says they "can't do anything". Horrible company.

I'm not sure where the information came that we don't control lights and other external products came, but we can assure you that we do work with most voice assisted products. The only features that we don't really have from voice assistants are any that require them sharing customer data with us (IE Voice calling) as that would breach customer privacy protocols on both sides.

I am very happy with my purchase and would have given it 5 stars but setting it up was a nightmare.

Also will not play any free music accounts Spotify, Google Play, etc. from speaker commands. Just bought today, wish I knew, will be returning ASAP.

I know I should have read the reviews but I received this as a gift so I didn't have a choice in another device which I would have gladly picked. There are times when you want to play your music collection on this device and not rely on a streaming paid service to listen to music. Not with this device. Only lets you stream music from paid services . Will sell it used and get something else since it was a gift. Much better options out there.
