We replaced a bookshelf system with the 2 Sonos speakers and being able to stream our music has been a great investment for us. No more wires that show, makes the so much cleaner looking.

I had hoped getting a new generation Sonos I'd have improvements. Truth be told, my old one is better. This model is less responsive to voice control. Alexa fails quite often but works on the other unit, so I know it's not the app. The sound quality is just as fantastic as my other Sonos, no secret there. However, I wouldn't buy another one for the price, it's not worth it.

I love my Sonos speakers! The Sonos One is particularly nice since it has the Alexa functionality built into it. I have Sonos speakers in every room in the house. They are expensive, but they are worth it.

The system has a mind of its own. It will shut down for no reason. Sometimes it goes completely crazy and changes songs every 30 seconds. I never had this problem when streaming Pandora through a wired system. Alexa is crazy and will interrupt and conversation even when no one says her name. I preferred the sound quality on my old sony surround sound system. I keep adding speaker to the system hoping the glitches will improve and the sound will get better but ultimately NOT happy with my new Sonos set up. Neither are any of my friends who made the same mistake. Oh not to mention whenI got a new router I had to completely reset up all 6 units by unplugging them and then plugging them directly into the router in order for them to reconnect. LAME

A little poor on their software in being a bit finicky with set up but the sound on this little guy is great.

I have 22 of these SONOS One's around the house and the sound is incredible as well as super easy to use.

I have a pair of these, one each in two separate rooms. I have some issues with them dropping out of my Sonos app, but that's more a fault of my wifi network (I'm working on it) then the speakers. I'm looking forward to setting them up as surrounds with a new Sonos Playbar.

Sonos fan here-saw an open box deal and grabbed this one-actually got a pair. Great product and upgrade-replaced the black speakers and they went to the garage!

I had the wireless Bose prior to switching to sonos. While bose has deeper bass, the sonos app and connectivity is much easier to use. So much happier with my decision to switch.

I bought SONOS fully expecting to be blown away. I hear a lot of good things about it, which after purchasing this product, realized that they have a better marketing team than they do a product. Keep in mind, this product would work great for most people and depends on your listening profile. Some listeners like crystal clear audio. Some like a heavy bass profile. Some don't know what that means. Some pretend like they know what that means. Overall, the SONOS is very clear, but it's all mid and treble. Very tone-y sound without much bass. I prefer a pretty bass heavy/balanced sound profile. As a standalone speaker, don't buy this. Get an Amazon Echo Premium or even better, the Echo Studio. You'll be blown away with the sound. Call me crazy. It's a better overall balanced sound for a home speaker. Now, if you went all out and purchase a full SONOS setup, INCLUDING a woofer to bring out the low end, this would sound a little better than the Amazon lineup. Depends on your budget.
