I'm glad I caught it on sale.

Few months later and the speaker does not sound as it should. It has a wierd sound once you raise the volume up, like if it has bunch of crickets inside. Am Not one that listens to loud music, so it should not be a blown speaker. As for my other Sono speakers excellent system. I was debating in taking it back and show them. Maybe, We ll see after this review.

Will not group play with google

I have other non Google speaker devices that will group play. I'm disappointed because I did like the speaker. If not for the grouping issue I would have given it a higher rating. Looks like Bose won't group either. I don't know if this an agreement with Google or a Sonos requirement? I would recommend it if you don't want to group with Google.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback and your kind words about the quality of the speaker! While the Sonos system does support Google Assistant as a voice assistant it is unable to group with other Google Assistant enabled speakers.

When I was looking to expand my system I decided to go with the 2nd gen sonos one and love it. Sounds great in my apartment. I currently have it linked with a sonos playbar, a sonos one SL, and a sonos move

They are incredibly versatile, can be set up in any room and their sound quality is incredible. We have various Sonos speakers throughout our house and all are amazing.
