It’s sometimes connected to my Alexa and sometimes not. Sometimes responds to wake up word sometimes not. One night it didn’t stop for nothing- I finally had to unplug it.

I was impressed with all the Sonos features though.

I bought this to add to another of the same type to make the pair stereo. If Sonos made the Five a smart voice speaker i would have bought that instead

I think that linking a couple or more, along with a subwoofer or something, would provide a nice sound. I didn’t care for the fact that it’s nor portable, and if it’s unplugged you can’t play it. I also decided I wanted a Wi-Fi speaker, and not Bluetooth… which is why I returned it.

I hate Alexa

Ask for certain types of music and there are times when I get nothing. Never had an Alexa before so this isn’t Sonos problem, just don’t like the technology.

Nice Sound

Read the many reviews available and decided that this would be a major sound upgrade. After a few weeks, my conclusion is that while there is a perceptible sound upgrade, I am not "blown away" by the sound quality. Yes, it is good, but in my opinion not fantastic. To be fair, I did notice an improvement in sound after upgrading my streaming to HD. If the price were $50 lower, I'd be more satisfied.
