I'd say the only difficulty we had was balancing the audio. That was best done with the iPad app. The computer app and the android app didn't have the same capabilities.

Great sound, touch controls too sensitive

Generally love Sonos but...

However, the connectivity in these products leaves a lot to be desired. Also, both the Android app and desktop software are not great, particularly when it comes to managing Spotify and YouTube libraries. I'm nine speakers in, so I'll likely buy Sonos again. Hopefully, over time some of my issues are resolved. No material issues with the sound quality though.
