I’m usually disappointed, but with this purchase via Best Buy I had qualified assistance, I was able to be understand the salesman who took time to help, I didn’t have to “learn & purchase online” he set my expectations to set it up, I didn’t get stuck w/set up or calling into Best Buy abyss. It’s a great product & the salsman’s name is Bobby- in store.

The microphone on the speaker doesn’t seem to understand as well as a dedicated Echo device. But the rest of the features are great!
