The speaker has great sound quality. Easy to set up. Only drawback is it doesn’t function with voice commands that are compatible with Apple Music. It requires an Alexa system as well.

I bought this speaker as it was highly recommended to me for the sound quality, as well as receiving an accomodation on the unit. Set it up, and it sounds great. So, I wanted to try connecting my computer to it...only to find out it doesn't have Bluetooth, or a 3.5 auxillary jack. On a $230 speaker! You can only use this speaker with a phone, using certain services, limited to Apple Music, Spotify, Youtube, and similar services. On a $230 speaker?? This is unacceptable and Sonos, as well as Best Buys product page needs to make it more clear on the website and on the box before people go out and spend their money. Will probably end up returning as I need something that will work with my computer as well as my phone. I'm very disappointed, as the speaker itself has excellent sound quality. I shouldn't have to spend 10 minutes researching through forums whether a $229 speaker has Bluetooth ahead of time. That is something that I just assumed it would have for this kind of price, especially in the year 2021.

Terrific sound quality, especiallyfor music. Small but put out room filling sound.

Really love the Sonos one. Sometimes its app can be annoying, but it is a very good product, the mesh audio works perfectly. Would be nice if the app got upgraded from time to time.

Use these as rear surround with our Sonos Playbar. Great sound and really fills the room.

Great addition to the Sonos eco system. I would not recommend just buying this one as a stand alone! This speaker is meant to be paired with an another Sonos one, a sub, or wishing a surround system. It can stand alone don't get me wrong but if you are looking for rich bass you should consider pairing it with a Sub Mini.
