Sonos Excels

This one clearly is “top notch” and provides fantastic audio quality from one of the spectrum to the other. Lows, Mids & Highs are extremely well-balanced. The voice assistant works perfectly too!

Sonos One - Alexa issues

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I enjoy the Sonos One, but be aware that if you have another one in your home & try to use Alexa to control Spotify on them in different rooms, it does not work. For example, I want to use Alexa to control my Sonos in my bedroom while using Alexa to control music on a Sonos One in another room. Instead of operating separately, once you tell Alexa to play a song on one of the Sonos One devices, it also takes over the other Sonos One device and plays the same song on both. Very frustrating.

Great addiction for sound quality

Has a problem with disconnecting from our wi-fi while everything else on wi-fi continues to stay connected. A pain to reconnect as we need to go in the app in order to get it to work at times. The app can be a pain also. Wanted to sync our Serius xm subscription to it, which is done through the app, and a 5 minute process took most of an hour. Otherwise, the Mrs likes it, and was a present to her last Christmas, so that's all that matters.
