easy to move around , may need more than one for a large room

So easy to add components to the new Sonos System...just the push of a button.

A pair of these sounds great in any medium to small size room.

Added to my system to complete my surround sound. Easy set up

Overall great speaker to use, has worked well in a small apartment. Requires use of SONOS software to stream music - whether on a PC or iPad. Only flaw is that it won't play my entire library based on copyright laws, but I've been satisfied otherwise.

This is my 1st Sonos product and I'm very impressed. Sound quality is excellent and it was a breeze to set up to my home's Wi-Fi. Still learning new ways to enjoy. I'll be buying more Sonos products in the near future.

beautiful sound and very easily to attach to existing system for expansion

The Play 1 is a great device for any room. The size and shape means it can be placed almost anywhere without taking up much space. The sound quality for a device of this size is superb and when added as stereo speakers really brings a larger room alive.

I am very surprised at how easy it was to get started. Very easy to use.

This is a good wireless speaker for WIFI only. It does not have Bluetooth connection and it does not contain rechargeable battery. Everything you play has to be from Sono application and it is not AirPlay compatible. I had some struggles to set up a pair of them to form stereo. It ended up that I needed to hardwire both speakers to my network and set them up that way. However, once I completed the set up, everything ran seamlessly over my wireless network. The speaker sounds excellent. Sound quality is top notch for a wireless speaker. If you have extra cash, get two to form a stereo pair and even get you better listening pleasure.

This speaker sounds really good. I have 2 play 3's in my kitchen and was looking for a smaller speaker for background music in my dining room. The Play 1 is perfect for this. I was skeptical at first that it would sound good enough but it sounds great. One criticism is that this speaker does not sound good if put in a corner (I tested it in my kitchen counter in a corner and it sounded bad). When I moved it to an open shelf in my dining room it was a completely different sound. Good speaker for the price.

Love the SONOS system. We went to Best Buy to purchase a sound system for our restaurant and the sales associate suggested SONOS. I was skeptical. But the bluetooth connection, the sound and ease of setup made this a perfect fit.

I was blown away by the Sonos products. The sound quality, the looks and the ease of set up was great!! The sound again blew away my expectations. I am going to fill my whole house with Sonos. And Best Buy's financing option was great!!

Adding this Play 1 to a second room on my system was amazingly easy. The Sonos App on my iPhone walked me through the process. In a few minutes I was completely set up and listening!!! Easy to use, great to listen to!
