The best compact wireless speakers. Sound is large for such a small speaker and the clarity is there a well. Great buy when on sale.

I love listening to music of all kinds and want to do so as conveniently as possible. Sonos speakers are wonderful to listen to. The music is crisp and clear, no matter what volume level you choose. The Sonos App is great for playing music stored locally on your device, as well as radio stations, Pandora, and Spotify. If you have an Amazon Echo, then you can enable that to play music for you through simple voice commands. A Sonos One speaker will appeal to musicians and techies. Buy two!

I had always admired the design of the Sonos system with its wifi capability and total control using a smartphone or tablet, but the cost of the Play 3 / Play 5 was more than I wanted to spend for a system that would be primarily used for background music. Once the Play 1 was introduced it was a no brainer to try out. Setup was simple and straightforward and the sound from just one Play 1 is more than good enough (and way better than the iPhone dock speakers it replaced). I liked it so much I purchased a pair of Play 1s as a gift for someone else and helped them set it up. The sound from paired Play 1s configured to play stereo is much better than just one Play 1. If you want to listen to music at more than background levels, definitely recommend you check out the pair configuration. Did run into one problem where Sonos stopped recognizing my iTunes library. The Sonos support pages recommended trying different firewall settings, but none of that worked. Eventually, I uninstalled the app on my PC and re-installed it and the problem magically disappeared. Other than that hiccup, the Sonos has been a delight.

The speakers were easy to set up. Easy to connect to the internet. The app works great with the speakers, and the sound is amazing.

Audio was excellent but didn’t get much use for it’s attended purchase. Purchased for my husband to use in his office but he had a lot of difficulty keeping it connected to Bluetooth/WiFi not exactly sure which so he ended bringing it home where we have speakers through the house so never had use for it their and could not return. Aside from the connection issue it was a great speaker when it did work

I appreciate the simplicity of the setup, and not being too picky about the sound quality, this unit is amazing.

Very loud and good for music. We hooked ours up with the sound bar for surround sound and it was amazing!

The play 1 speakers are awesome. You can place them anywhere and they sound awesome for their size. They are super easy to set up.

The sound is out-of-this-world great. Everyone who comes to visit comments about the phenomenal sound. Perfect for a unique, artistic and upscale store!
