It's a little pricey, but you can't beat the sound quality and ease of use. No need for messy wires or cords. Just plug in and play.

Sonos makes a great speaker and it fits in well with all my other home automation equipment. I can schedule when it comes on and I can listen to my iTunes Radio.

Love that it uses WiFi instead of Bluetooth. The play/pause button on the speaker is a great feature that lets it pick up whatever you were streaming without having to pull out your phone/tablet.

I like the sound quality but it's not truly wireless. Must plug into outlet so that's misleading.

I bought this so my wife could listen to XM radio in the house without having to take a docking station with her eveywhere she went. We set the Play 1 up in one room of the house and loved it so much the next day I went out and bought another. We now have four (4) Play 1s set up in different rooms of the house all controled through an app you download to your smart phone. I love how you can sync the speakers in each room/location or have flexibility play different things in differnet rooms. These speakers are great!!

I considered comparable Bose speakers before I settled on Sonos since they seemed to be a better value. The Play 1 sounds awesome! Setup was super easy. I even purchased an app on iTunes that allows for the speakers to act as a PA system. Sonos Play 1 was a great purchase!
