We love Sonos, these were added to out Play 5’s and sound bar from Sonos so we could add true surround sound to our theatre. We have the 1st generation Play 5’s so they could not be added correctly into queue for surround hence added the Play 1’s. Works as always as any Sonos speaker. Great sound, comparable to Bose if not better. You can crank them up pretty good. We have Sonos in almost every room of the house.

I bought this to augment my built in speakers and to use as a floating speaker. if I decide I want to work in the green house out back or if I am in the yard somewhere away from the speakers on my back deck it is great to take with me. I also give it to my kids and grandkids when they come to visit so they can play their music in the guest room without messing with my music.

I really like the Sonos system. This is a nice speaker with good sound but will not really blow you away. I love it inside and to listen to moderate music outside; it is not strong enough by itself for a large outdoor party. It will not connect to your TV to use for TV sound also. Don’t get me wrong; it is an excellent speaker! I just want you to be well informed for expectations.

I have an existing sonos system and this speaker is an easy add on. Great sound and simple to connect.

Giving any technology 5 stars is a stretch for me. Usually the "startup" phase yields frustration. This is as close to plug in and enjoy as I've ever experienced. If you like music and you want flexability, Play One more than satisfire. We have two so far ( along with a Sonos soundbar and a Play Five) and we've decided to get another Play One for surround sound in one room while adding terrific music/TV in another room simultaneously or individually. Muggsy is excited.

Ever since I got better internet service at home, the Sonos system has been THE best by far. We have a vast personal music library, subscribe to Amazon Prime, and have found some unique stations on Tunedin. This was the last of six Play One units we bought for our 100+ year old Victorian home. No fishing wires. Just plug and play. The updates over the course of our ownership of the units have only made the system more enjoyable.

Very easy to install. Can be used in any room and can add more speakers to the system.

It is a good looking good sounding speaker that I can move from room to room or to the deck/patio.
