The Sonos speakers provide amazing sound, are incredibly easy to set up, and are controlled through an app as oppose to Bluetooth so if you're playing music from your phone through the speakers and someone calls you, your phone conversation will not be broadcast the speakers.

The Sonos Play wireless speakers have great sound quality. I ordered two speakers to add to my existing two Sonos speakers so that I could have music in multiple rooms. The sound quality is so good that I don't even pair them as L/R -- I just put one in each room.

I would not hesitate to buy one of these. I originally bought two it was going to buy more, but wanted to wait to hear the HomePod. However, after hearing the HomePod and despite what other reviewers say the play one Sounds much much better than the HomePod

Twow of these smaller speakers is better than one of the medium sized speakers if you want fulcer sound range. Sounds excellent particularly for standard size living rooms and so forth. If you're looking to do a large Banquet Hall I would go with multiple larger Sonos speakers.

Quick connecting, set up 2 as stereo left and right. Hoping to add sub and playbar (darned pricey). Use with Pandora, Sirius, Amazon, iHeart radio. Have amazon echo dot set up to use voice to play music. Can only play default station now, but that will change, I assume.

We already owed one of these Sonos speakers and a friend suggested we purchase one more and create a balanced sound in our great room/kitchen/dining area. We have the two set up on top of our kitchen cabinets (out of sight) and they sound great.

Big sound in a small form factor. The clarity is noticeable from other 'bluetooth' speakers. Just note, this ISN'T a bluetooth speaker. This is a wifi music streaming device using only the mediums available through the SONOS app, ie Itunes, spotify, etc.

We added the small speakers to our sound bar and sub woofer, great addition. We can move these small speakers outside, or upstairs to use alone, or add them to the whole system and get theater quality sound. Hearing the "background" sounds during a show is nice.

It's a great little unit that we are using in the garage and complements the Play 3 in the living room. However if size and money are no issue, play 3 is a better choice. The Play 1 leaves you with wanting a bit more and at times we are at max volume.

Once you understand the concept of Sonos, it makes complete sense. If you do not, then you will either immediately be dis-satisfied and return it or figure it out and love it. This is my second one and we will continue to add them to our house. Cool technology!

We love how this sounds in our home! We are really looking forward to getting another one (or 4!!) for throughout the house because of the multi room listening features and the ability for it to be run independently or as a complete unit. No cords no mess!

Have Sonos throughout my home. Great product, sound quality is awesome, and I love that you can just continue to add speakers throughout your home by creating different zones. Compatibility with IPhone allows you to control system from your phone from any room.

Recently bought this for my dad for his birthday and he loves it. The speaker is great quality.

We thoroughly enjoy our Sonos sound system in our home. Great quality sound with no speaker wires or old receivers to deal with. We haven't used our old stereo tuner in months. You can stream different music to every room in your house. Really nice during the Holidays.

We had our entire residence set up with Sonos wireless speakers, including several "Play-1" level speakers. We were advised by our Best Buy salesman that the "Play-1" speakers are moisture-resistant, so we chose this model for our patio and two bathrooms. They sound awesome.

I love this speaker. The Sonos Play1 is ideal for smaller sized room such as bedrooms and even bathrooms. This doesn't have the bass that you will get on your play3 or play5 but the music it delivers is still worth a 5-star rating for money. I have three of these now.

I've seen many ads for the Sonos Play:1 speakers and finally gave in after the holidays. I love the quality of the sound for the price I've paid. It's worth the buy. I'm looking forward to buying more in the near future, so I can have one in each room in the house.

This unit is awesome. Leaps and bounds better than any comparable unit from Bose, Samsung, etc... It would be cool if it were portable, but I realize that would add cost and I bet they will come out with a portable unit at some point. I now have Play 3, Soundbar, and Sub. All are amazing!

The Play:1 provides great sound and is easily configured to use individually or grouped as part of a surround sound system. The Sonos customer support team is also one of the best I've come across should you have any questions regarding setup or optimization.
